It's beautiful... for a prison. :P

This has got to be one of my favorites of his so far, and it is very hard to choose from his stuff! He makes everything look so easy.... He truly is the master!

Few of these have interiors, but who cares when the outside is astounding? Its a certain feel to this one, the colors of it and the atmosphere... Lovely fairy-tale-ish somehow. Another great one from Takeshi.

Very, very inspiring. :D

That´s very good. The landscaping and the whole design is very well done, and I really like the blue and white colours.

I agree - I've always enjoyed looking at his site - it's always hard to choose what's better - the actual structure he built, or nice the landscaping surronding it!

A great MOC, as usual; and only the first white prison I've ever seen. :-)

I'm not so sure it's white. Look at the bottom of the tower on the right-hand side in this pic and notice that it uses one of these pieces which do not come in white (at least, not to my knowledge). I think the castle is light gray, but the lighting makes it appear white.

Regardless of color though, this is truly awe-inspiring. I could never hope to build something like this, but I truly enjoyed viewing this. I do wish the pictures were a bit larger though, it's hard to see a lot of the little details.

Ah, I love his stuff. He's truly one of the masters of castling. When you really look at his works, they're not complicated building at all. He doesn't use complex SNOT, or even many plates and tiles, for that matter. It's more the composition of what Takeshi builds that makes them so good. There's just the right amount of green grass on the dark grey rocks, and the castle and tower are just the right sizes too.

I wonder how long he takes to build something like this...

Not sure how long Takashi spends on this kind of thing... for everyone else, probally depends on the builder... for me - it would take forever. :-)

I think you could be right too, it looks like it might indeed be a light gray structure.

Good question. I read through his explanation of the castle, and he doesn't say. But I'm especially amused by the dialogue between the two Wolfpack guys at the bottom of this page:

"We're off to save the boss."

"Are we gonna have to dig again?!"

Heh heh...
