Wow, I really like how you did the walls on the building. The whole place is making me hungry for some bread and pasteries.....

Wow...

Everytime you show off a moc it's just a beutiful thing to behold, and this is NO different.

I love the way you made the building on high and low ground, I love that tall, awesome tree, I love that bridge... that thing is COOL, I love the waterwheel and the ship and most of all... the figs!

I know it's a small thing compared to the masterful building, but your use of the figs really adds a lot of life and reality to finish off the MOC perfectly. Well done!

Great stuff. I like how the first floor is built of stone and is into the side of the hill and then the wattle and daub is for the upper floors. The quoines at the corners of the stone walls and around the barred gate. I also like the balcony around the bottom of the 2nd floor.

I cannot see a split in the bakery where it would open up. I am guessing that each floor will lift off to reveal the interior?

I know that this is an old thread, but this bakery MOC is so cool that I had to comment on it.

Exterior:
First of all, the tudor on the building is fabulous, and it looks real. Next, the windows, the selling window, and the walkway are so nice that I want to go there. I like the waterwheel, but the new one you're doing instructions for is a little better looking. The boat is cool, it looks a lot like the Viking Boat vs. Wyvern Dragon, but much better. Nice choice for a sail, BTW. The bridge is nice looking, as is the creek it spans. The dock has really nice spacing between the boards. The handcarts looks great, and I like the knights riding along the road. Cool tree, though it's a little square. The minifig head lanterns are very realistic. Everything else outside is awesome too. Now, on to the inside!

Interior:
Ground Floor. The ovens are amazing, and I like the guy filling the flour sack from the grindstone. The people mixing bread, the spilled flour and water, the rising dough, all is really cool.
First Floor. Apple pies! Yay! I like all the croissants everywhere, and your rolling pin design is well thought of. The storage of fruits and other things is nice, in a lot of other things I've seen, people just seem to get their supplies out of thin air. The person pouring grain into the grindstone is nice.
Other. The stairwell/elevator is really cool. Are we ever going to see pics of the second floor? Thanks,
