It is always good to see someone incorporating landscape into the walls... not only does it look great but it also helps to overcome piece shortages...

God Bless,

Shadow: try the "Edit" button instead of continually replying to yourself. I fixed the link on your initial post.

Also, save yourself the trouble: just copy and paste the link into the text. No need to fudgy around with the complicated url tags. The CC forum will automatically convert it into a link.

Shadow, use the edit button to edit your last post, and go inand change something. THen, hit the "preview post" button and it will show you what it looks like. Then you'll be able to see if it is coded correctly or not.

About the castle... I think the structure is pretty cool, but way too many different colors. Stick to just a few colors and things will look a lot more stunning. Keep up the good work, and post pictures of it if you make any improvements.

That's probally some good advice - you don't want to many colors in an old castle.

I think I am most impressed with the gate - it looks pretty tall and solid/forbiding to me -

Hey Shadow that's not too shabby of a moc.

Once you get past the miss-matched colors, you notice the coolness of it a bit more I think.

You have some good castle pieces in there. Darn! Wish I had some minifigures like those.

Keep 'em coming!

Thanks guys. Yeah... I'm one of those guys who doesn't take time to find a piece I need so I just pick up whatever color it happens to appear in. I'm going to organize my legos into boxes with different pieces in them so that I don't have any problem finding what I need :D :)

I'm actually thinking of buying one of those buckets of Lego Bricks filled with generic pieces.

Look at my thread over in Castle Customs.

Thanx
