I really like the gray keep. For some reason, I'd prefer the castle to be all gray rather than the black parts thrown in. I think it has to do with the contrast of the black and light gray. Maybe if it were dark gray, it would look better. Too bad there are not and prefabricated wall pieces in dark gray (to my knowledge).

Overall, I like the design and great detail. It uses the prefabricated walls nicely.
