I wasn't too happy with the way the bottom jaw was constructed on my red dragon in my 7017 Viking Catapult set... so I changed it.
I'm very pleased with the results, makes him look all thorny. All I need now is a 1x2 red tile from my collection to fill in the gap (but alas, my collection is in a different castle*).

Give a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day.
Set a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

That looks cool Tony. Does that "arcane reference" mean you're at a different house, and not your apartment?

The arcane reference is to the original Super Mario Brothers for the NES. You would make your way to the castle at the end of a level only to have Toad tell you that Princess Peach was in another castle (until you actually reached the final level of course, it's not one of those games that never ends).HenrytheV wrote:That looks cool Tony. I'm not sure about this mod. Maybe if you took a picture with the mouth more open. With the mouth closed it sort of looks like a buck-toothed dragon.
Hoping to have a witty signature and cool avatar one day.

Mmm.... very tasty...
Now... you can take the red snapper.... OR... you can take what's in the box!
What's it gonna be?!

I always wanted my very own red snapper, but I'm curious as to what's in the box. I guess the box it is (I can always use the box to store more LEGO ).
Back on topic. I like the picture with the mouth open much better. The addition of the red tile helps to give the lower jaw some more substance too.
