My favorite part is the topmost section of the tower. I love using the premolded battlements to make towers. It makes the perfect size for minifig towers.
The flame was put to good use and i am glad i could inspire it.
I noticed you crapp had some scratches? on it, did it take battle damage in a wizards duel?

Now that is something i have yet to learn... long life project.JoshWedin wrote:Here is something I have been working on for a couple of months now
I sure envy Nilrem's lifestyle....
Just wondering, with all the work and dedication poured in, how long will the MOC stay together before you take it apart?

Thanks for the info, that's good to know.Graynar wrote:I believe it comes with two. Those metalic rocks are very cool, and are a great addition to your tower. Thanks! I got the rock from the KK2 siege tower, but does one come in the Viking Fortress?

Thanks, Freak! Glad you liked it. My son, Jonathan, built the lawnchair so he will be excited that you liked it.LEGOFREAK wrote:this is just one fantastic MOC. I love it. Love the cheatin monkeys
love the lawnchair, the landscaping, the fun.
its awesome.
Thanks! The top section turned out better than I thought. I liked how it broke up the Big Grey Wall Syndrome. I was very impressed by your fire in the Battles Contest and have been experimenting with it. Thanks for the inspiration. Yeah, the CRAPP has some wierd scratche like things, but they came that way. It's flaws in the printing. I would be curious to know if other copies of this plate have the same problem.Suvied wrote:My favorite part is the topmost section of the tower. It has taken me a while to learn how to do that too. I used to rush way too much. I wouldn't envy Nilrem's lifestyle that much, he has no indoor plumbing. This won't stay together that long. I am going to need the pieces for the CCContest! Can't wait for that...thanks for your comments!Fry_slayer wrote:Now that is something i have yet to learn... long life project.JoshWedin wrote:Here is something I have been working on for a couple of months now

Thanks! I am sure you could create like this. It just takes time and practice. You have to start small and build, build, build. I used to keep all my sets together as well, but after years of dust built up, they had to be torn apart. Another thing you could do is get a lot of Lego off of Ebay or something. Then it wouldn't be sets and you wouldn't feel bad about it not being together. Just a thought, thanks for the comments!Tristram wrote:This is a great creation! I love all of the elements you have put into it, and that monkey rules all!
I wish I could create like this. It might help if I had enough bricks, and if I weren't so anal about keeping my sets together per the directions.
But, as everyone has said, this is a great MOC!
