Reeve

Post by Nick »

It's time for me to unveil yet another vig-like MOC, which corresponds to my rank, as usual. I am now a reeve, with 450 posts!
This is a reeve, and he is the landlord's assistant in labour management. He controls the peasants, and assigns various jobs for them to do, as well as setting production targets. In my MOC, he is discussing some plans with the landlord, in the landlord's castle.
Here he is:

Tell me what you think, and don't conceal criticisms!

P.S. This is my 450th post! Cause for celebration! *Downs a 100-gram glass of vodka*
:D

Should that be "Reeve" it to Nick?
Great job. I really like the energy and expression in the pose of the figs. The surrounding parts of the keep seem a bit sparce, but I am partial to lots of bricks in the wall.
Nice vig-like!

The bricks on the back wall aren't pushed together very well, that makes it look like a hastily made creation.

But seriously, other than that great work. And save some vodka for me  .

Looks good, Nick. The red hands look a bit odd on the landlord but the reeve fig looks good. The room they are in looks like a storeroom of some kind, very nice!

Thanks for the feedback, guys!

Ah, I didn't see that until I looked at the high-resolution images on brickshelf. Very embarrassing  .
It actually was made hastily, when I suddenly realised that I was about to become a reeve.

I intended the red hands to be gloves. Yes, they are in a storeroom, probably discussing how to transport all those barrels of ale from the castle to the village.
The surrounding parts of the keep seem a bit sparce
I suppose I could have put more chests and barrels in. Or even those wooden crates from the adventurers theme.
And save some vodka for me
I sure will! We can drink to the reeve's good heath. :D
