Pfft... you should see the comments some people have made about my Kahilawayan Guard Tower in MOCpages, with regards to compensations....

That'd be an even more impressive shot if you had Vildegrass or the juvie standing next to the Nidhogg.

Looks like you're compensating for-

-LEGO's tiny castles and lack of defensible structures in general.

Thought I was going to say it, didn'tcha?

LEGO wouldn't hire you because you're compensating for something?

Ha! You can't gong farmer me because I wasn't the first to say it. :P

Compensation? Pfff. He's not compensating for anything.

Size doesn't matter--it's what you do with it that counts. Though, Ulmaris is mighty impressive.

I second that. The wise use of pieces is always better than the size of the creation. And, of course, there are big castles that are worth every single brick, as we stated of Ulmaris at the other post.

Ah yes .... the long dreamed of job at Lego .... long hours ... low pay ... zillions of sweaty tourists telling you they could build it better ...

:)

I'd say, Sava, your castles are perfect for the likes of us! But, we are not the usual market! Same goes for the other large and small builders here at CCC.

At any rate ... 4 walls does say a lot ... ;)

Lego wants to charge us a lot of money for as little bricks as possible, therefore I must learn to make tiny little mocs if I ever want to work for lego.

Dave, you speak the truth- do I sense another exLEGOemployee in our midst? Your last portion of that statement is the most depressing of all, especially when they're 12.

Nope, I am indeed NOT either a current or X-Lego employee. I did, however, do a bit of research when I started spending at the levels I currently am. I figured I could get quite a discount! Woe when I found out I could no longer afford Lego...

*chuckle*

Ah well!
