Has anyone ever created a mix between mideval and futuristic weaponry? i.e. Atlantis
I wanted to know if anyone has pictures of anything like this.
Thanks.
Need help!
The only story I can think of that does this is JPinoy's - although I am not sure if he still has it all assembled and what not. He may have some pics on his brickshelf folder. His faction was indeed what you are talking about... but it is the only one I can think of.

if you know anything about games workshop's warhammer 40k you could mimik figs from that and use them, they combine a lot of medieval weapons (ie power swords) with guns and futureistic weaponry (ie plasma guns)
here is a link to there home page: warhammer 40,000
ps not sure if this is allowd by the admins here as its not particularly lego.

Not that it is exactly what you are looking for, but steampunk stuff is alot like this. It takes real technology and makes not-quite-as-real stuff. Alot of Japaneese cartoons depict things like that. So that might be some inspiration.
If you want to go the bit easier way try using things like crystals to power horseless carriages...
Or maybe captured wizards...
Or maybe..um.. alright I can tell my ideas are going down hill, but you get the picture. Hope I could help.

I prefer reinassance-fantasy when it comes to castle, and steampunk-ish elsewise.
Reinassance fantasy is of what I know, not an actual genre. Is there another name? It is this:
Take Leonardo da Vinci's blueprints, together with other fantastic but never built stuff, experimental or rare stuff from that age (and probably from the greeks too) and let them be used in a castle theme. Lego has already done so with the viking missile launchers. Another thing to this theme is of course medieval mechas and robots (though, known as golems or such here), zeppelins, steamengines to some extent, etc. I like that kind of stuff.
