No Horses in Church!

Post by BuilderQ »

I've been wanting to use this piece in a castle model for a long time:

So, I made this cathedral vignette! :D

For those of you that like brick-built horses, here are some more shots of the one I used.

That's great, I've never seen that piece used in a castle MOC before. Well done! Also like the horse, thanks for the breakdown. Definitely a technique that can be adapted elsewhere.

I can't believe I just saw a rubber raft used on the side of a church... in a medieval setting... and liked it!

Well done, creative use of pieces, as usual. Also as usual, your horse is quite cool.

Cool stuff. This is only the second time I've seen a raft used in this manner. Strangely enough, the first time was also on a cathedral-like structure.

Good work.

Later.

Nice. And I even think there are some of those rafts in grey so you aren't restricted to yellow castles.

I like the horse the best. I have printed out the construction foto that you made, and I an certainly going to build one or more. I have never seen such a great brick-build horse bevore. This is really the best.
Keep mup the good work!

Wow...I never would have thought to use that raft for a window. I am totally amazed by that. The horse is cool too, but the window is incredible.
