First MOC Black Smith Shop

Post by Lord Felix »

This is my very first MOC! It has (in the first few shots) Forest men clearing the forest for the road that runs past the Black Smith Shop. Any Comments (Positive and Negative) are gratefully accepted.

Click on BlackSmith. It might not be Public yet, but is should be soon :D

Thanks!

A couple of the pictures are kinda dark, but it looks good. I like the way you've used those wing pieces on the roof.

Cool MOC! I have yet to try anything of this style, but yours is well done. I look forward to seeing more. :)

Good job. I like that you have action going on in the shots. For some reason I really like the red for the walls. It seems appropriate for a blacksmith. I also like that you used a couple different colors in the stone wall section, it seems more like stonework that way. I also really like the stone step in front of the doors, it's a nice detail that really lends itself to the MOC.

On a bit of a side note, try posting smaller images next time-they take a realllly long time to download on this campus network, and I am sure others have even slower connections.

Anyways, thanks for sharing, you've done a good job. Keep it up, I can't wait to see more MOCs!

Wonderful... the color scheme is very nice and the building looks so good! The wagon have a great design, too. As Wunz said, the action is nice, and the Road & Forest idea looks very natural. Nice work!

Very nice first MOC, in fact it doesn't even look like a first MOC. Your level of detail is quite good. Also the forestmen and the road clearing are very clever. I like it!

Post by Lord Felix »

Ok Ziggy I'll lighten up some pictures, and resave them and replace the ones I got. Not only that, I skip numbers 13 and 7 I think so I really only have 18 pics. lol. Brb. Gonna lighten those pictures!

A Great MOC! Especially for a first effort. I especially like the cut trees.

Keep up the good work and God Bless,

ordering?

Post by Lord Felix »

I didn't order any legos or anything for this MOC. I haven't bought legos since.... I was very much younger. Maybe 5 years. I received some other legos from presents, but that is about it. I want to order legos but I feel like I already have too many bricks. Of course my bricks are all the wrong color or completely useless.
I am also I little mad because I have a few legos that aren't really legos. They aren't megablocks. They say TYCO on them. I donno

Later! Gotta go to Tae Kwan Do
