Mainly because I have no Gammoreans.
How do you make orcs?
If you are more of a purist like myself, Wierd Lego heads are the way to go.
Harry Potter troll and goblin heads are good and even merpeople heads look the part with a shadow knight helm on. I've even got a glow-in-the-dark snape head for one of my orcs
The various studio monster and star wars heads people have already mentioned are good too

I'm back! Anyway I just thought I should say some things. I have settled on Megabloks warfang figures and sometimes sticker heads for orcs. I have also picked up that Killer Croc set I thank all of you for your help and great ideas. Someone can close this now.

Some heads that some people use as orcs heads are the LEGO Darth Maul heads, Harry Potter heads, yoda heads, and a lot of others that have already been said.

Like TheOrk, I prefer to use the non-yellowed heads, especially the fleshtoned. I was able to get some decals, such as some of you may remember LegoFreak displaying (via Kamino), of the orc faces. I really like the result - the fleshtones look great for human-like beasts... as such HP is perfect for providing my legion!TheOrk wrote:I don't have very many orcs, but I just use non yellow heads or premolded figs. It's not much, but it works.

Nice orcs ottoatm. I actually made some exactly like these. I plan on ordering more to increase my orcish horde as well.
