Shadow Knight Fire Catapult MarkII
Okey this is no ground breaking stuff, I just wonder have any of you tried this: After I got two of the set as I found a decent deal around my place it occurs to me 2 is better than one so i combined them. For bonus the resulted contraption shoots at a lower angle and further, now that should take care of the pesky Santis....
Fire Catapult MarkII
I figured most of you would like to see the 'result', enjoy.

I think the burning 'Santis' appeals to me more than anything else. Your MOC is certainly an interesting design though. Good work.

Are those Shadow Knights high-fiving?
Cool catapult. It's not too pleasing to my eyes, but it looks like it'd be a blast to play with!

Making good use of a terrible set I think!
Any chance of doing that with the rest of KK2 perhaps?

Looks good, FrySlayer. One question, does the rear fireball clear the front arm when it fires?

Nice idea - putting two simple sets together to make somthing more complex and more effective. That's what makes Fry's work appeal to me, he works with what Lego has already given us and expands on it.

Santis is just faking it, he's waiting for those Shadow Knights to turn their backs on him, and then he'll unleash some justice, KK2-style!I think the burning 'Santis' appeals to me more than anything else.

So i see, a burning Santis do appeal to a lot of people here.
I dont have any other KK2 set at the moment, in fact when I got the 2 of this I had the idea of getting 4 of the wheels in mind for that, plus there are small sets.RichardAM wrote:Any chance of doing that with the rest of KK2 perhaps?
Yes they do due to the "arc" of the trajectory. You will need to fire the front fireball first else if you fire the back one first it will crash into the first, any Shadow Knight dumb enough to fire the back one first will have to answer to VladekJoshWedin wrote:One question, does the rear fireball clear the front arm when it fires?

I, too, love the burning Santis.
