My MOCs

Post by E of Alshire »

Well, I think I got most everything back that Brickshelf ate. I'm still missing a great number of custom figure pictures, but I can rebuild most of them.

If you haven't seen them before, it's all here:

And for those who thought they had seen everything, two preview pictures:

I like the use of those Bionicle claws on the building. Looks like a design I can incorporate on some MOCs.

Very original MOCs on behalf of you. You certainly have your own style.

E,

Very cool landscaping technique. I ran across your images on Bshelf and was impressed with the building style you've developed. Hope you don't mind if I "borrow." Was there anything that inspired you to build in this way?

Nice job,

Not in particular. I tried to use what few slopes I had studs-up, but that didn't acheive the effect I wanted. I was just messing around on another MOC, trying to develop a wood floor, and came up with this technique. Really, I just wanted something new, and this seemed the least parts-intensive. The only problem is that you end up with a row of studs and then a blank row- harder to build on, unless you're putting plates between.

Sure you can borrow! I'm sure you'll notice many different techniques in my MOCs that are borrowed.

Thanks for the comments!
