Thank you for linking to this other image. I wanted to work on the waves a bit more but I need to stock up on extra medium light blue plates in small sizes. Does anyone have links to good LEGO waves?

Thanks. That was funny The example was not as sturdy as the large model. Plus it was not meant to be taken apart without some effort for reconstruction.

That's a very cool tower, I like the windows and the crenulation. I think that tower would look great in a castle!

Lenny is correct. I converted my session to an html article on the main page. I am debating on whether to convert the others or just link to those powerpoint files. Plus, I still need to get a few of the files from Cyndi. Hopefully I will have a couple more up this weekend.

Thank you Ben for your corbel technique presented at BrickFest. This technique is very nice.

Good angle on that picture! It really shows the corbels off well. Man, I'm still floored by the technique, and I was totally stumped on how it was done.

Looks great! I love the use of the 1x2 panels. One question, was the window and door design with the offset bricks inspired by this creation of mine, here?

No, they are actually inspired by the interior of my local church. Using jumpers for quoins and surrounds in castle and town buildings has been done before by a variety of AFOL's, especially in larger mocs. You can also notice that my stones are staggered at different intervals and do not repeat in the same way as your moc. If I had to give credit for the most inspiration of a LEGO moc, it would have to be the white tower on the far left of this picture from Brickfest 04 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=876176

Well, whatever the technique (which is definately very cool and of great use) this is a perdy dern good MOC. I actually like all the creations mentioned in this thread, and have been attempting to accrue enough jumpers to work some of this offset stuff, as well as now gathering my short panels to makes something of them too!
