It's a small floating village, or rather, a few buildings from a larger village displayed at Brickfest 06.

This is an incredible model. I especially enjoy the inverted mountain pieces that look as if the buildings were based on the ground at one point.

The laundry line-like aspect is also very clever.

This is amazing, and the way you used the mountain pieces is wonderful.

Awesome. The inverted BURPs work very well, and there are so many little details, it gives this very fantastic scene a dose of reality. I love the guy fishing. Cracks me up.

It's absolutley hilarious. I love the little wizard guy on his machine.

But the buildings do seem like a variable to me, you didn't stick with one style, but incorporated arab, gothic and modern houses in the piece, which made the piece funnier but didn't do well to unify it.

I would say, the piece is a total success.

Sweet! I have played a few games in the past that have stuff kind of like this in them, and I accually thought about it for awhile, but I decided not too.

Anyway, great MOCs, man!

Beautiful! :D
I started to really love these floating MOCs...
The favourite of mine here is black-roofed white builiding with that awsome solution for bridge... I also like how the trans-clear round bricks in the bottom (or top! ) of the rocks work in this theme (even if their purpose here is pedestal :) )

And these all beautiful works as a really nice display

This is a great village. I've been following it on flickr and The Brothers Brick, I really like it. I think my favorite building is the mottled white one, but the other houses and the tower thing are very cool as well. And even though the people can't easily get to the other rocks, this seems like a town where you'd walk everywhere.

I've always been partial to floating rocks, but I have to say that I think this one is brilliant-

Everyone of these floating rocks is inspired! I love the pool, the church (assumption), the bridge, the tower, the small house, the flying deals, the...I love it all. Some floating rocks are not much more than that, but you've taken them to another level and used them simply as a limit to the space and as a result the creations are much more, well, creative!

My favorite details are the bum under the bridge and the "laundry."
