Don't take my word on it or anything, but I think there are either heads or 1x1 round bricks that the 2x2 round plate is attatched to (with a technic half-tube with a stud on the other end shoved in). And if that be the case, all you have to do is rotate the brick/head in it's stud.

Nazgul is about right the eyes are attached w/ pins that rotate inside the cylinders inside the helmet. Its' great everyone here is so good at spotting the details.

I thought it was something like that, but I couldn't quite figure it out. Very cool.

It is pretty cute but I don't get into those kind of colors.Too bright for me.
