The Sea Tragon-& The 4th Podagon

Post by Megan Rothrock »

Hello fellow Castle Folk!!

Here’s my 2nd Tragon!!!
The Sea Tragon-fresh from LEGOWORLD 2006!

He was well received by the visitors-however a few of the kids said it wasn’t fair to the Mini-Fig in his mouth! ha-ha-
I told them, then he shouldn’t have tried to steel his treasure. ;)

Also I've just finnished: VERGIRAK-The 4th Podagon!!!
you can check him out here-

Please let me know what you think!

Long Live The Brick!

WOW! I really like how you used those space-ball things for eyes. It reminds me of that water creature from the Red Sonja movie with Ahnold. :)

Those are impressive, I love em both.
I especially like the Tragon, it's mouth and eyes are very menacing.
And the Podagon stepping on the Viking, that was a nice detail.

Great stuff!

Very cool new Podagon, his face, especially the pink pennant as the tongue, is awesome. The new tragon I've seen already, but that doesn't make it less magnificent. I like the teeth, eyes, fins, fiber optics, and... everything else!!

Megan, your Tragon is wonderful, creepy, and functional to boot! :D
This should go well with the Aqua Raiders sets, especially if it's still hungry!

Very nice! As said before the fibre optics are a great touch. I like the sqished knight on the pod dragons foot too - I had a browse through your brickshelf folder & was really impressed with all of your work, especially the Pod Dragons. :D

Wow thank you very much Sir Nelson-
hehe yes, he would fit well w/ the Aqua Raiders- shame they weren't out in time for LW, and yes, he's always hungery for treasure hunters!

Thanks-it was quite a task to get it to fit right-and not look 'stuck on' I saw the wavyness of the pennant and HAD to have it as his tounge.

Well I guess they are sculptures-I've never really thought about that. thank you for your compliment :) The pieces that are made today-you can get just the right shape-I love it!!!
Yes, the Sea Tragon is mine-cool you found him in LW pictures! I've not seen many yet.
I love the colors LEGO makes now-so much fun to build with!

Thanks again everyone-

LONG LIVE THE BRICK!

There is some neat usage of elements in your work, like the chrome shuttle domes and minifig flippers :D

Great job!
