Very original MOC. 8)

The really cool thing, though, is that earl-0 looks to be our newest C-C member! :D

The castle is really cool. What caught my eye were the colors. He strayed away from the realistic brown, and gray, and went for flamboyance, with tan and blue, which made the castle lively and fun looking, almost something your could laugh at. It is a great piece though, and I don't know how he did it, but it looks awesome!

Hello, his honorable knights!
My name is Kotaro Ono, aka EARL-0. I'm a Japanese LEGO fan and also a builder of "The Castle Traveling" as you may know already.

Thank you for introducing my model, Bruce!
I show my thankness for you always love my model, from "Vixen the vintage car" to "The Castle Traveling" :D

This strange-self-walking-castle was built to entry for an original model contest held by "click-brick", a famous semi-official LEGO shop in Japan.
"click-brick" is a brand name of stores in Japan like "LEGO-STORE"@worldwide.
And the shop held anual contests operates in VENUS-FORT(mall's name), Odaiba(street's name), Tokyo.

As another has said, the restriction of scale is 20studs x 20studs x 30cm(=about 12 inches height).
And 5 winners were selected from 50 entered models with voting by public who has visited the shop in a last month.
Of course, not all customers were castle-maniacs or enthusiastic LEGO fans, as you could imagine

I'm so glad to hear you all castle-builders love my idea and creation.
I also show my appreciation to Dunechaser, a good skilled translator of my back-goround fairy-tale.

If you would have some questions or impression, telling about them is welcome.
I will reply to any question about my model if I could.

Thank you.
Kotaro Ono / EARL-0
