Beware the Wyvern

Post by DARKspawn »

Guess what I got for Christmas :D
"A wyvern (or wivern) is a winged reptilian legendary creature often found in medieval heraldry ... The wyvern is a type of dragon with two legs and two wings. The rest of its appearance can vary, such as appearing with a tail spade or with a serpent-like tail...

"In popular culture, the wyvern is sometimes shown as a non-dragon creature with dragon-like traits.

"Wyverns have been described as the largest form of dragon, so large that they prey from creatures such as elephants and rhinos,"

From Wikipedia

This is my first brick-built beast & I'm not unhappy about how it turned out. I created this MOC mostly using elements from the 4894 LEGO Creator Set. The beastie has 38 points of articulation.

What do you think?

I love that pic! The dagron on top of the rock pinacle is posed really well, plus the fact that it's a very cool MOC!!! Great job, I hope you do well with it in the contest.

Very nice! I like the overall shape, and the way you did the head. Thanks for sharing.

Very cool! Much cooler than the little wyvern in the Viking set I got last weekend.

That shot where it is up on the rock looking down on the minifigs is awesome! Good work!

It looks nice and well built. The only thing I would change would be the color. Maybey a black or grey would be nice.

Fantastic way to display the creation. I especially like the fingers on the wings. Poor vikings.
