I am happy to present my Mangonels, one of which is finger powered and the other is rubber band powered.
[pic = link]
I built the fingered powered one first, which looks much more realistic then the rubber band powered one. The second one I built isn't as historically accurate, but fires nearly triple the distance! It fired so far that I couldn't show the range in the picture taking zone (it flew right off the table).
Well that is about it. The gallery may not be public yet, so here is the first deep link picture:

I apologize for the bad pictures. I've been trying to figure out how to take good pictures.
Thanks!

Don't see many mangonels around. This is a great pair of siege weapons that would be great in a large siege/battle scene.

Very good! I jave been looking for some time for a design like this. Mind is I borrow it as well?
Thanks, and yes you may borrow it. The way you do the bar is simple. You take a technic beam, place a piece with the clip vertical, then put a lance in the clip. To do the arm, I did another clip attached to the lance piece as well. the arm is just long enough for a finger to shoot it....mind if I borrow it sometime in the future?
Thanks.
