I got all the classics (I think) and the yellow castle factions I'll just consider travellers.
I was referring to the Yellow Castle era-figs as the classics; that includes those from these sets as well, among others:

Good idea for them to be travelers.

The Black Knights shields are cockatrices, but the larger one looks just like the later Dragon Master/Dragon Knights shield, in slightly different colors. You may have combined them with the latter. These sets were some of the Black Knights sets:

Are you sure you did KK1? I don't see them.... But perhaps you combined them with the Royal Knights. KK1 examples:

Think car dealers and dictators.

Hehe, yeah, I guess.

The black knights are almost like exact clones of the dragon masters. I prefer the KK1 lions to the "official" royal knights. and I got the bull dudes. and I MIGHT make the KK2 guys into actual factions, need more provinces in the world.

Hardly. The Black Knights were around long before the Dragon Masters, and generally have heavier knights and more armor on their footsoldiers. Their castles are big and impenetrable.
The Dragon Masters have caves/dungeons and smaller castles, less troops per set and with all sets combined, and less heavy stuff.

Yes the oval shields do look almost the same, though the figures look quite different.
I even always have them be allies because the shields are so alike.

I wouldn't call lawful evil a mild form of evil. The point is rather that a lawful evil character trusts in the law to justify his means. The twisted baron who dominates his subjects is probably just as evil as the brutish chaotic evil orc who slays all who come near. You could even possibly call the lawful evil character even worse since his actions are mjost probably a lot more refined and systematic.

Yes, at least a brutish orc is honest about what it is, unlike someone evil who hides their misdeeds behind the protection of the good law.

UPATE: I added 3 factions, as well as a poll. It unfortunately would't let me make more than 10 options, so I had to cram a few together. :( I don't see why it lets you add more than ten options when you make it, but it won't let you publish more than ten options.

Lawful Evil, as has been pointed out, is not a milder "Evil." Politicians are what I have in mind-the other previous examples given are good as well. Politicians make laws that protect the rich, continually fighting over tax codes and pension funds for mid to low level employees. When is the last time someone rich and famous was executed(OJ Simpson)? This might be getting off topic, so I'll end soap box rant.
