RIHK! RAHK! Break their back!
Eat their flesh, Tastey snack!

Break them up, Grind them down!
Women thrown in rivers drown!

Kill the men, Take the prize!
Kill their kin 'fore their eyes!
Orcish chant
Siege of Dahyart
30th year of the new Kingdom

Give a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day.
Set a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Shame it's raining, they can't set fire to the town. :(

Nifty postprocessing. Which program did you use, and which filter?

Is the battering ram with standard shown separately anywhere? I'd like to add it to my Lego Castle Tech page.

I bet he did something similar to what he did the last time: http://news.lugnet.com/castle/?n=11727

Cool picture, and nice poem/chant, Tony.

I don't have a good picture of the Orc's War Wagon, except perhaps those from people who took pictures of it at the last Brickfest in Virginia. I'll have to go take some better pics of it soon. It's not only a battering ram, but weapons cart to refit the Orcish Horde, a place for the Orc Shaman to command the battle, a place for the Orcish drummer to embolden the army, and a place to tie up one Orcish Wolf mount.

As for the picture, I discussed the rain here:

http://news.lugnet.com/castle/?n=11727

It's actually not a filter, just a series of simple steps.

And here is the image that the article discusses, in case you need some convincing to click on the link:

Well, I've finished editing all the pictures for the chapter. It's only a matter of time, now. Actually it always just a matter of time, but, now it's only a matter of less time, compared to earlier, when it was farther away, but that was then, and this is now, where then used to be now and now used to be in the future. Just think what it will be like when the future is now, and now turns into then!
