It continues to be slow going between chapters (grad school and wedding plans don't help), but Chapter 13 is up! No promises on upcoming chapters, but as I have the summer "off" (no school, wedding done), it will hopefully not be so long before the next chapter. I read most of the chapters some time ago as a CC "lurker" but now that I have finally joined CC I can say "Bravo!" These are fun to read and I like how you keep the picture-setting relevant but not overdone. The side comments and questions from the kids are cute, and I am rooting for Marcel (of course!).

Thanks, athronieth! (And Medieval Guy and soccerkid6, if I look back a bit further--I really haven't kept up with this thread that well, I see). It's nice to know that I have had readers--and that the readers have liked what they've seen.

For what it's worth, a lot of "relevant but not overdone" aspect of the pictures has a *lot* to do with it being far easier not to build a lavish MOC beyond my talents and collection size for each picture--but I'm glad that it's not "underdone."

Very well done! I went back to Chapter 12 and restarted from there to be sure I was up to date and fresh before chapter 14 - TRIALRUN begins!

I love the twist with Vladek... and I must confess to being very curious about what the other failed knights have been up to all this time!!!

I guess this is the prequel to Vladek's revenge in the future???

I reread the story to be sure I understood the significance of the new chapter. Definitely an interesting twist, I like how you foreshadowed it in the previous chapter

Well done laddie. Read or should say viewed chapter 1. I enjoyed the story, which is really more like a LCC comic strip but most entertaining. Keep up the good work. I'll read some more later.
