Re: Castleland Group Story
"We might as well go out with a bang," said Robin as he moved a barrel. "This explosion will cause everyone to rush over here, while we make our exit as inconspicuously as possible."
"Good plan," said Baldwin, lending a hand in moving the barrels.
"Hey, Robin, could I talk to you for a minute?" George whispered.
"Excuse me Baldwin," said Robin, walking over to George. "What is it?"
"Should we use this oppertunity to snitch something from the castle? I'm sure there are all sorts of valuable paperwork upstairs; maybe even some battle plans."
"Good idea; I think we should. Maybe you and Baldy could wait for me in the forest outside?"
"Well, what if all three of us did it? You could steal the valuables, I could stand guard, and Baldy could be our agent amongst our enemies?"
"Hey, anything wrong?" Baldwin asked from across the room.
"No." Robin said. "I like your idea, George. Let's think on it as we stack these barrels, shall we?"
It didn't take much longer for the work to be finished.
"We'll, here goes nothing," said Robin as he lit the fuse.

Castleland Group Story
"Woah, woah, and woah!" said Richard, "What about ME?"
"Oh, I forgot," said Robin, blowing out his match,"What do you suggest?"
"I'm glad you asked, friend!" smiled Richard," I want revenge on my brother for sticking me in the dungeon. So, I say, that we plant the gunpowder near the dining room!"
"Hmmm..." thought Robin,"It might work...Let's try it."
*****************************************************************************************************
Robin and Richard hurried up the steps toward the Duke's dining room. Suddenly, a knight stepped into the hallway, "Halt, yon knave," commanded the knight in a deep voice as he drew out his broadsword.
"Egads!" cried a dismayed Richard,"Robin, what'll we do?" Robin quickly grabbed a sword off of a wall-mounted coat-of-arms as a response.
"First, my dastardly friend," started the knight, "I will knick your ears, then, I will cut off your ugly little nose, then I will follow it all up with decapitating you, after cutting off your legs and arms. En garde!" Richard looked he was going to faint and cry at the same time.
Robin slashed at the knight but the knight blocked it. The knight hacked at Robin's head, but he quickly ducked. The fighting was furious and exciting, until the knight smacked Robin to the floor, "Let the FUN begin," said the knight, clearly referencing his comments above. Suddenly, Richard, in a fit of rage, suddenly smashed the knight to the floor, "Die, monster!" Richard screamed as he grabbed the knights throat...

Re: Castleland Group Story
The knight stopped moving.
"Thank you Richard," said Robin, breathing heavily. "You saved me."
"It was nothing," said Richard humbly. "I was just looking out for you."
"Well, we better be moving then."
Robin shouldered the keg of powder he had been carrying and continued to walk. This time the two men were careful to dodge guards. In no time they were outside the dining room.
"Well, here we are,"said Robin. "I wonder if George and Baldwin are keeping up with their part of the plan."

Castleland Group Story
George and Baldwin hurried to the Duke's strategy room. They had been completely unseen by the guards. Finally, they reached the room they had been looking for,"Blast!" moaned Baldwin, "It's locked."
"Baldy, my friend, never underestimate the cleverness of a Forestman," George stated while pointing his thumb toward himself.
"Ya mean, you're gonna pick the lock?" said Baldwin excitedly.
"No, were going to smash it down on the count of three."
"One!" they said in unison.
"Two!"
"THREE!" they painfully slammed into the door, but they could not break it down.
"Ah, well," said George, "When it doubt about how to break a door down...slam Baldy's head against it!" he shouted as he grabbed Baldwin's large shaved head and started slamming it onto the doorknob.
"No! No! NOO...AH! OW! GAH!" within seconds, the doorknob was off and the door was opened."I think I have a concussion," said Baldwin painfully.
"Never mind your concussion," said George, "Let's just loot this place and get out."
******************************************************************************************************************
George and Baldwin were back down stairs after a few minutes.
"Where the devil are they?" asked George. Suddenly a large explosion rang through the castle. Robin raced by them with his torch and lit the armoury on fire. Within seconds, a large hole was made in the wall by an explosion. The group rushed out franticly.
"Our little sceme of blowing up our beloved Duke didn't turn out so well," said Robin while they were running,"It wasn't enough gunpowder, and it just blew a small hole in the dining room, killing maybe five knights IF we're lucky. I had hopes that the force of the explosion would collapse the wall, but no such luck! The Duke was completely unharmed!" he moaned while rolling his eyes.

Re: Castleland Group Story
"Great!" said George, running next to Robin.
"This way," said Robin, grabbing George's sleeve and racing down a hallway.
The four men were coming upon a door when Robin pulled them all aside and into an alcove. Six guards burst through the door and went flying in the direction of the dining room.
"Idiots," muttered Robin. "Come on, let's go."
The group entered the walkway that encloses the courtyard, which was empty. Beneath them was a humble farmer unloading bags of oats into the stables.
"George, Richard, Baldwin; open the gates. I'll secure our ride out of here."
The three men crept off to the gates, as ordered. Robin took a deep breath and jumped onto the farmer's back.
"Oomph, gety off-"
Robin hit the farmer over the head, knocking him out. He then hopped into the buckboard and set off towards the gate. Luckily, no guards were in the courtyard yet, but Robin knew that would soon change. Stopping underneath his three friends, he motioned for them to get on.
George and Richard had no problem jumping down, but Baldwin was afraid.
Robin heard a door burst open and somebody shout "There they are; get them!"
"We have no time for this!" Robin shouted angrily. Grabbing his bow, he shot an arrow right beneath Baldwin's feet.
This was enough to scare Baldwin, who landed ungracefuly on a bag of oats.
"Yah, Yah!" Robin yelled, leaving the courtyard.
The forest was only a couple hundred yard off, and Robin made like a banshee for it. He knew that the horses the guards were riding were battle trained thoroughbreds, while his were barely more than a mule. In minutes the wagon was in the forest, bouncing along the rough dirt road. Robin could barely see, the trees cast so much shade.
"Take the reins!" Robin said, handing them to Baldwin.
"I don't know how to drive a team!" Baldwin said.
"Then will somebody who knows how grab them!"
Richard snatched the reins, which surprised Robin. However, there was no time to hesitate. Robin knocked an arrow and began firing at their pursuers. It was hard to hit their enemies, because the wagon was bouncing up and down, but he maneged to get one of them. George was already firing arrows, and between the two of them they killed many of thier pursuers. Even with George and Robin firing arrows, there was still a good 10 men behind them.
After several minutes of riding the group came upon a small village nestled beneath the forest. Robin glanced behind him; they were coming upon a hard, ninty degree curve.
"Oh no.." he thought.
*************************************************************
Svlick, a member of the wolfpack, was brooding in the bar. The castle looked fortified, he thought. It would be hard to break into. It seemed to be well manned; he might need a team. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a wagon go flying around the corner. It was going so fast it took the curve on two wheels. Suddenly the window shattered into a thousand pieces; Svlick shielded his eyes.
Lying on the floor was a big, bald guy; the man moaned.
"There's only one person I know who's that reckless." Svlick said to himself.
***********************************************************
As the wagon took the corner, Robin shouted for everyone to hang on. As they leaned to the side and took the corner on two wheels Robin saw someone go flying past him. When they were on four wheels again Robin looked around and realized that Baldwin was missing. In a moment the group was back in the forest.
"Great," Robin thought. "Now we'll have to go back and find him."
"Robin, these horses won't last much longer!" Richard shouted.
Robin took a glance at the horses. They were indeed peetering out; they sounded like a bellows, they were breathing so hard.
"Richard, as soon as you pass this next curve I want you to drive into the forest. Go as far as you think the horses will bear and stop."
"What are you going to do?"
"Never mind that," said Robin.
"Robin, I got the guards narrowed down to six!" George said excitedly.
"Good; that's perfect." said Robin.
As the wagon took the corner (not as hard as the last one) and flew into the forest, Robin grabebd a branch and hung on. He did it so quick his friends didn't even notice he was gone until a few seconds went by.
Robin climbed all the way onto the branch and perched like a cougar. In just a few short seconds the guards began to ride by. Robin knew that what he would do next would require great skill and concentration. It's time to put myself to the test, he thought.
As the very last guard rode by Robin nailed his throat with a throwing knife. The rider fell off of the saddle, just as Robin jumped into it. He pulled out his bow and urged his horse on.
Soon he was closing in on the next rider up. This far into the chase the horses were starting to get staggered out, with the fastest in the front and the slowest in the back. As Robin closed in on the next rider up, he fired an arrow.
Normally it was against his policy to kill a man from behind, but he was desperate. The guard fell from his saddle just as Robin passed him. He did the same to the next four guards, until he was closing in on the very last one.
With nobody in their saddles, the riderless horses began to pass the guard; the soldier glanced behind him. Robin put an arrow between his eyes.
Wiht no more reason to hurry Robin slowed his horse to a canter, and then a trot. The wagon should be just up ahead, Robin thought.
As he approached a bend in the trail he heard some noise.
"It's me, Robin." He announced as he rounded the bend.
"Oh, Robin, it's good to see you." said Richard. "Did you kill all of those guards?"
"Yep. Every last one."
"Good," said George. "That's a few more enemies king Alfred doesn't have to deal with.
"Yeah," said Robin. "Did you guys catch any of those horses that went past you?"
"No horses passed us," said George.
"Darn," said Robin. "I was hoping they would. Then we could ride out of here on beautiful war horses."
There was a rustle in the brush and two figures stepped out.
"Well, look what the cat dragged in," a voice said.
Svlick slowly walked up to Robin, but Baldwin raced up to him and gave him a great big bear hug. Unlocking from his embrace, Robin walked up to Svlick.
"Good to see you old timer!"
"Hey, I'm not old. I'm still in my mid- forties; I don't know about you, but I don't call that old."
"Well, I guess I was stretching the definition of old a bit. Anyways, what brings you to the Duke of Jarith's dutchy?"
"This way," said Robin, grabbing George's sleeve and racing down a hallway.

Castleland Group Story
"I am sorry to say," said Svlick sadly and slowly, "King Benito has invaded the Dark Forest and wiped out the Wolfpack. Some kindly Forestmen guided some survivors to safety; I am one of those survivors."
"I am sorry to hear about your tragedy," said Robin,"Come, let us go have some wine and good food at the Raven's Perch, it is just a couple fathoms down the road." Soon, the group was eating, laughing and talking in the inn.
"So, Richard," started Richard,"You have been handling yourself well lately!"
"Robin, there is something you must know," stated Richard, "I am the true Duke of Jarith. My step-brother led a coup against me ten years ago. He made me a messenger boy to show his power, and without the army on my side, I could do nothing. How I want revenge against him! He is a disgrace upon the Jarith name!"
"Wow," said Robin while pushing his food aside,"I hate your brother as much as you do, and I also want revenge. Clearly, war is our only option."
"Robin!" exclaimed George,"You know that your father's army is no match for the Duke's."
"If we could get enough of the the towns and hamlets on our side, we could raise a mighty army," declared Robin, "These villagers hate the Duke's cruel taxes and punishments. They will join together, but only if a strong leader arose, namely: Richard" Richard pondered this for a minute, and then agreed. "Alright," Robin continued,"It's settled then. All in favor say "aye." I will not make any of you come, if you do not want to."
"As long as it gets me food for my family," said Baldwin,"I'm in. Aye!" Twelve other men rose up from around the room and walked over to Baldwin. They were his friends from his town and understood Baldwin's needs.
"As long as Bald'in is in, mate, we're in too," declared a farmer. All the farmers in the room stood up.
"I got no place to go, so AYE!" shouted Svlick. More men stood up.
"Oh, they're is no sense in arguing with Robin," moaned George, "And seeing as I'm his official bodyguard...aye!" By now, all the travelers, from dwarves to half-elves to humans stood up.
"Richard! Richard! Richard!" chanted Robin as he banged his mug against the table.
Soon, everyone was chanting Richard's name. The long-needed uprising had begun.
Two weeks later, an army of Forestmen, Wolfpack renegades, exiles, hunters, villagers, and paid soldiers was marching to do battle with the Duke at the ancient stone circle burial grounds of Barrowstone. The war began in other areas of the land also. Telemarsian soldiers had a skirmish with the Ruratainians at Hengecleft Keep. The war began by accident when a Forestman that was travelling with Robin at the begining of the story accidentally killed one of the Duke's men. The Telemarsians that Robin was "doing a job for," soon jumped into the dispute when one of their knights nocked another Ruratainian to the ground. It quickly turned into a skirmish that quickly turned into a war.
"I am sorry to hear about your tragedy," said Robin,"Come, let us go have some wine and good food at the Raven's Perch, it is just a couple fathoms down the road." Soon, the group was eating, laughing and talking in the inn.

Re: Castleland Group Story
Cockldoodle-doo! Cockldoodle-doo! The rooster awoke John just as the sun began to rise. Groaning, he got out of bed. He would be plowing the lower field today; that had to be done. He washed his face with water to get rid of the sleepiness that clung to him, trying to lure him back to bed. Walking into his son's room, he shook the child's shoulder.
"Wake up Elwyn. We need to get to it."
His son grunted and groaned, but he got out of bed. The two were stil tired from yesterday, when they packed wood.
Father and son ate breakfast together; it was a pitiful meal. They didn't have much to eat, just a few potatoes and a loaf of bread.
"I'll get the horses ready," said John.
As he walked towards the stable, John thought of his late wife, Mary. She died needlessly; it was totally senseless. One of the duke's divisions was passing through town, and they just didn't stop. All she was doing was crossing the street, and they ran her over. Cursed be the day the duke was born, thought John. To think that he had offered to go to town that day.
"You better stop thinking like this, John," he said to himself. "You musn't linger in the past, but move towards the future. Do it for Elwyn."
He began to begin the ritual of harnessing the horses. Just before he finished, he heard horse ride up behind him.
"I'll be needing that horse, mister."
Looking behind him, John saw a Ruratarian knight staring him down.
"You're one of the duke's boys, aren't you? Well, sorry son, but this horse is not for sale." John went back to harnessing it for the days work.
"I didn't ask if he was for sale, sir. The army needs that horse. Do you think that we'd carry our food ourselves? We need pack horses for the supply convoy, and that looks like a good canidate."
"Tell the Duke of Jarith to breed his own horses! This gelding is not for the taking! Now I want you to leave my property! Me and my son have work to do."
The front door opened; Elwyn was ready to work.
"Sorry sir; you made me do this."
The soldier began to ride towards John when another soldier came into view.
"What seems to be the problem here?" the new fellow asked.
"This man won't give up his horse, sir."
"How many times have I told you this? You can't be soft with these peasent folk; they're too stubborn."
Grabbing a spear off his saddle, the rider aimed it at John; a perfect hit. John fell to the ground before you could wink.
"Dad!" Elwyn shouted. "You cowards!" Elwyn began to run towards the soldiers, but his near dead father blocked him.
"Son,"his father gasped. "Make for the forestmen; take refuge there. You must fight back to the duke's cowards."
Those were his father's last words. Obeying them, Elwyn rushed back inside and left the horse for the taking.
"Idiots," the soldier said. "Take their horse." The first soldier un- harnessed the horse and led it away.
"Now, let me have my fun." the second soldier said. Lighting a torch, he set the thatch of the house on fire. "That's for being stubborn," the man said.

Castleland Group Story
Elwyn's world collapsed in just one week. First his mother, then his father. His heart burned with hatred of the Duke. He quickly started on his way to the Forestmen stronghold after burying his father. He was halfway there, when a boulder smashed into a nearby tree, "What the..."Elwyn mumbled.
Suddenly a voice rang out in the forest,"Freedom! Send the Duke's men to the Underworld!"
"Freedom!" shouted what sounded like a thousand voices.
Elwyn crept into the forest, trying to see what was going on. "This is Barrowstone," said Elwyn,"What the devil are a thousand men doing in a graveyard?!" He could see it clearly now, ranks upon ranks of rebel soldiers marching forward toward the Duke's army. The rebel commander shouted the double-time order, and the army started running. Finally, after a nerve-wrecking minute, the commander shouted the charge order; it was deafening. The ranks smashed into each other, and the carnage began. Many of the Duke's men were hewn in half as the blood-thirsty rebels hacked progressed further on the battlefield. One of the Ruratainian banners fell to the ground, and one of the Royal ranks broke. With cries of horror and fear, the rank scurried into the woods. Suddenly, Elwyn noticed something out of the corner of his eye. It was the fearsome Ruratainian Royal Cuirassier Cavalry, "Oh, no!" said Elwyn to himself,"I must warn the Forestmen before it is too late!"
******************************************
Commander Hawkins was pleased. He could see the Royal ranks starting to bend under the pressure of his men,"That'll show the Duke! We'll get our freedom from his tyranny, or die trying." He felt a hand tapping him on the shoulder, "Yes, what is it, man?" Elwyn pointed to the cuirassiers, "Holy Janzarr...men look out! Royal attack in the rear!" Hawkins sreamed,"We must hold off this attack, my boy! Here, take this blade," he said to Elwyn while handing him a broadsword. Commander Hawkins brought up his ranger cavalry and a platoon of pikemen, "Men, we must hold off those cuirassiers until our main army routs the Royals. This may require your lives, but remember your wives and children! Remember the times when the Duke's men beat you in the town square! Remember the times when the Duke had your neighbors decapitated! For victory! For glory! For FREEDOM!"
"FREEDOM!" yelled the soldiers. They charged the Royal cavalry with all their might.
"My boy," said Hawkins to Elwyn,"If we fail, I fear the battle will be lost."
Elwyn grimaced. He did not want to be a soldier, but if he got to kill the Duke's men, he be one.

Re: Castleland Group Story
King Alfred was at his desk, reviewing a report. This war with the Royal Knights was taking it's toll on the people. Now the Wolfpack have been routed, and Telemar is joining the frey. If he wasn't careful, if he wasn't diplomatic, another country would join Rurataria and crush them. Thankfuly, the Duke of Jarith's army was taking the blunt of the enemies casualties.
"I've never liked that duke," Alfred said to himself. "He's always been a jerk to me and mean to his subjects. Hopefuly this war will teach him a lesson. I hate to see a war fought and men lose lives just over a lesson to a duke; but it was bound to happen sometime."
There was a knock on his door.
"Come in, Cornelius," said the king.
"Commander Hawkins sent a carrier pigeon, sir. Here's the message." Cornelius handed the king a small, crumpled up piece of paper. The duke scanned the sheet:
The battle was going well; we've trimmed the infantry to about 500 men.The Royal Cavalry are attacking us from behind. It's a force of about 500 horses; a huge host. We're in Barrowstone; please send what assistance you can.
"This isn't what I expected. I see the battle has shifted from it's original position; interesting. I wonder if the Royals are trying to use topography to their advantage? Have George lead in a force of 200 horses; have Robin lead a unit of 300 men and attack the rear of the Royal infantry. Come closer Cornelius."
Cornelius stepped closer to the king, who whispered something in his ear.
"Ahh, good idea sir!" said Cornelius.
"And not a word to anyone else besides those who will carry it out, Cornelius. I am trusting you here."
"Yes sir!" Cornelius clicked his heels and left the room.

Castleland Group Story
"Onward, men!" shouted Robin. The attack on the rear of the Royal Army had begun. Robin and George had brought reserves to finish the battle and send the Duke's men packing. 50 Forestmen archers let loose their arrows, and the Royals reeled from the sabre-strokes of the rebel infantry.
George looked calmly at the bloody, chaotic scene unfolding before him, "Robin, hand me your spyglass." Robin gave him the gold spyglass and George looked through it carefully, "Mmmm...Holy Cow! Robin, look! Royal reinforcements!"
"George! There must be several hundred of them!"
"We must sound the cavalry charge, for we will pay dearly if we don't," said George.
Robin took a long, deep breath,"Very well, sound it."
George sat up in his saddle,"Men! Visors down!" he yelled to the 200 cavalry. With a loud "clang!" the soldiers closed their helmets,"Trumpeter, sound charge!" George commanded.
A knight shook his head in agreement while taking out his ram horn trumpet and blowing a long note. Immediately the cavalry broke into a trot, then a gallop, then a sprint, and, finally, berserker charge. Soon, the cavalry bashed into the Royal reinforcements and routed them. The hills echoed with sounds of battle-cries and hooves banging against the cold, hard ground. Barrowstone would accept many new dead soldiers into its tombs before this day was done...

Re: Castleland Group Story
At the forefront of the battle, young Elwyn was trying to stay alive. He was used to the scythe; not the sword. The thing was akward to swing, but he managed. Fighting alongside Commander Hawkins, they fought like mad men until Robin showed up, brining reienforcments.
This was how the battlefield looked: In the center waw commander Hawkins and his men, trying to stay alive. There were two semi-circles around Hawkin's army: One semicircle of Royal infantry, another of Royal cavalry. Sorrounding the circle of Royals was Robin and his men, trying to relieve Hawkins. Although the Royals were surrounded they didn't stop fighting. Robin and George were the first to see them, but soon more men caught on. Charging the outer circle of Forestmen were several hundred Royal reinforcements, all of them fresh and ready. Utter chaos ensued...
*********************************************************************
The countryside was peacful. Birds were chirping, and everyone was celebrating the bright, sunny day. If you look closer, you will see a small convoy of wagons passing along a bumpy, dirt road. On either side of the road were small hills. Further examination will show the crest on their shirts: a sheild with white on one side, blue upon the other. These were Royal knights, and they were on their way to Barrowstone. Suddenly a scream broke the silence; 50 wolfpack desended the bank alongside the road and swarmed the Royals; it was a short execution. When all was said and done, the Wolfpack had killed 30 Royals and had taken 10 prisoners.
"A good days work," said Svlick. "King Alfred will be pleased with the results. The Royals in Barrowstone will go hungry tonight. Come on men; let's get these wagons to the King."
Most of Svlicks men mounted the wagons and began to drive them along. However, Svlick sent 15 of them ahead, under the command of Fritz the Quick, to scout the tereritory they would be passing through.

Trot, trot, trot, trot.
Trot, trot, trot, trot.
The lone horse cantered along the countyside. A young, firey stallion, it made good time. A hood covered the face of the rider, who was constantly looking right and left. Suddely, the rider heard a noise.
"Whoa, whoa," the rider said, reining in his horse. "What's that?"
As he walked his horse closer, the rider could distinguish the sounds. There was a major battle going on just a half mile further. Inching his horse closer ever so quietly, he rode on.
*****************************************************************************
Robin was having a tough time penetrating the Royal's defenses. The Royal reinforcements were blocking their way of relieving Commander Hawkins and his tired men. Robin knew that Hawkins couldn't last much longer, especially against fresh troops such has these. Robin knew that he must do something different, but he didn't know what. Then it struck him.
"George!" He hollered, trying to get his friend's attention. Finally he had to ride his horse over to George.
"Pull back your cavalry and have them charge in the direction of that tree," he said, motioning to the desired evergreen.
"What do you have in mind?" George asked.
"No time, just do it."
George rode off to summon his cavalry.
"If you can create a crossfire with arrows, then why can't you do it with men?" Robin asked himself. Both cavalry and infantry would converge towards the tree, essentialy catching the enemy in a crossfire. This way the two units would be working together, instead of apart.
*******************************************************
The rider stood atop a small hill overlooking the battle.
"That's Roald Hawkin's flag in the center; Baron Stercher's flag surrounds it, with Robin IX 's insignia surrounding all. Interesting... the battle is at it's peak. I wonder if it's to late to affect it's outcome?" The rider said to himself.
Trotting his horse in a southerly direction, the rider left the battlefield.
Trot, trot, trot, trot.

Re: Castleland Group Story
In the center of the battlefield, Elwyn was still trying to stay alive. The man he was fighting next to, Commander Hawkins, killed a lot of the enemies that went their way. However, Elwyn still ended up fighting several of them.
"Captian!" A voice shouted. A messanger ran up to the commander.
"Elwyn, guard my back," the commander ordered. Rushing forward, Elwyn obeyed his captian's wishes.
"The situation is hopeless, sir. No matter how hard Robin and George try, they still can't break the Royal line. New Ruratanian reinforcments are arriving; Robin can't fight two battles with one army sir."
"I see. There's no use in surrendering; we'll hold them off for as long as we can. Did you come from Robin's army?"
"Yes, sir. Somehow I galloped through their line."
"If you can get back, tell Robin to withdraw his troops. We'll try to hold them off."
"Yes sir!" The orderly mounted his horse and rode away.
"Oh providence," said Commander Hawkins. "Help my dying army."

Robin was still trying to breach the Royal's line. Wiping the sweat from his eyes, he tried to view Commander Hawkin's soldiers.
"Winsfred," said Robin, beckoning to his orderly. "It appears Hawkins is signaling from me to retreat. Does it look so to your eyes?"
"Aye, sir. Commander Hawkins has a white flag flying underneath our regiment's colors; he wishes us to retreat."
"We shall obey his commands," said Robin "As much as I don't want too."
"Robin IX!" A rider galloped next to Robin. There was so much dust in the air that Robin could not see his face. "I bring urgent news!"

Re: Castleland Group Story
Maybe a little bit late on it, but heres a something anyways (please forgive some probably quite bad english)...
Eiran Hakonson held a hand over his eyes and stared at the horison.
It was getting a long time ago that little man had left them.
"Just keep walking east, ill soon be back", he had said.
Very well. Just walk east. He could easily say that.
"If that little gnome does´nt soon come back i´ll..."
Eiran never finished the sentence, as the sounds of a battle reached him.
The sound of steel on steel, the screams, it all sounded like beautifull music in the big mans ears.
"Well, finally were there", he muttered to himself.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Norvunda!", the rider shouted. Now Robin IX could see him a little bit better. Apparently about 30 years old.
"Norvunda?", Robin asked in a confused tone.
"Yes! They can be here any minute! That´ll teach those Royals!". The man was so eager that the words seemed to stumble over each other.
"But... were did they come from?", Robin asked.
"I hired them, my lord! They had landed in the bay just a few miles to the west from here, and i thought they could be usefull"
"Yes, they are indeed needed. Well thought. Now, spreed the word between the men. They could use a bit encouragemant..."
At the sight of reinforcements on their way, Robin and George decided to stay and try to save Commander Hawkins men one last time. The news of the Norvunda reinforcements also reached Elwyn, Hawkins and the few others who still fought desperately in the middle of the battlefield.
And suddenly, about 200 voices sounded the famous Norvunda battlecry "Nei Gjarahau!", and with the setting sun in their back, the wild northlanders charged down from a hill to the west of the Barrowstone and smashed into the Royals lines like a living battering ram...
