Re: My Epic: Discussion
Good story! Will it always be in diary format, or will you take us to the scene of the battle? Keep up the good work.

Re: My Epic: Roleplay Enlistment
Okay, in Castleland, the forestmen act as caravan escorts and general bounty hunters for Normendy, Ruratainia, and Telemar. Which, on the map are connected in that order.Their leader is Alfred IV, a brave leader, but he is getting up there in years, 73. He has a son named Robin IX.

Re: Castleland Roleplay Enlistment and Discussion
Yep. Although, as history progresses, people stop believing and practicing it. So, yes, at this point, magic does indeed exist, it is just getting rarer.
You can bring magic into it a little bit, just reserve the big stuff for wizards and shamans. I should have explained, that even though it says 1 C.E, it is not the first year in history. Every era starts with 1, and ends when the country its named after is no longer the dominant superpower.

Re: Castleland Roleplay Enlistment and Discussion
Is Richard the Duke of Jarith's brother? Or is his brother someone who suggested to the duke that he be imprisoned? The latter is food for thought...

Yes, he's the Duke's brother. That other idea is interesting, but in one of my old posts, there is a line were the Duke calls him "my brother." Sorry it's taken so long to respond. My internet has been on the blink. It always happens when I need it the most.

Re: Castleland Roleplay Enlistment and Discussion
I would say that you own Calius and Alfred, Napoleon. You were the first one to mention them. I would probably own the Duke, since It was I who introduced him. There's a Cornelius?
It almost seems like we're entering a new phase of the story. Maybe we should start off with new charecters and then introduce the old ones back in! The more the merrier!

Re: Castleland Roleplay Enlistment and Discussion
I swear I ment to give Cornelius to you, but when I was doing that, I just must have forgotten. I am sorry if you were offended, as I was trying to divide the characters equally between us, I hope it didn't look like I was trying to be a "ball hog." I hope you have just as much fun writing this story as I do.
Oh, yeah, as far as your second paragraph goes...the more the merrier indeed. Seriously, good idea.

I wasn't offended at all. I was just saying that I didn't know there was a Cornelius in the story! I tried to find him, but couldn't. What post is he in; what part does he play?

Oh. Hahaha. He is in your post about "the red clad head" and King Alfred's line:"leave me, Cornelius. Please, it's not your company."
