Well, judging by your avatar, I'd guess you'd be a good fit for Garheim, but Loreos could use another member to balance things out. I'd just go thru the info thread and read up on the 4 factions. Each has something unique to offer, so it's really up to you! ;)

Welcome to Classic Castle and the LCC project! 8)

Interesting. I didn't realize that Loreos was down members. Hmm...well I could join Loreos...I do have a crap load of the newer Lion Knights, some Crusaders and another crap load of Royal Knights...plus if you factor that I have a bunch of Romans now...what the heck, why not. FOR THE GLORY OF LOREOS! Lol

Well, not really *down* members, per say. All of them are pretty close to equal. I just think it's the only one that hasn't cracked 10 members yet, but I'll have to wait for the list to be updated to be certain. Welcome, and I'm sure Mark and his gang will be glad to have you!

Well, technically speaking. There's no war yet. But relations between these factions is rather strained to say the least.

It isn't helped by constant skirmishes and battles over minor things, like cattle!

Because Mencot and AK_Brickster so kindly suggested, I'll join soon. My own storywriting / building for Westeron will take up most of my time so I can't promise I'll be terribly active, but I at least got my character done, and I think it's great. That's a start, right?

I highly praise all the warmongering in this thread, and my character does too, as you will see

I'm wondering if we could get some kind of RPing thread up? It could make the characters / world come more alive, I think.

Now many of us already completed the first challenge (CIC): when can we expect the second? ;-)

Well, there should probably be inter faction contests as well, so don't just demand global contests. Just keep your eyes out. :twitch:

Sounds more like these people are the Scottish. LOL

Fun little fact: The term blackmail came from the Scottish Highlands where neighboring clans would often steal the other clans Black Angus Cattle and then send a letter/proclamation demanding funds in return for the stolen cattle. This would in turn hold favour over the neighboring clan as they would either have to pay the other clan who held something over them or steal another neighbours cattle instead. :D

WOOHOO Go Scotland! LOL
