Fallen

So, to celebrate my

1001st post (someone has to be the oddball, right? ;))

I´ll announce my latest project:

It will actually be more of a Pirate story than a Castle story but it contains enough castle and fantasy to deserve a place in this forum I think.

And of course a Teaser movie.

More to come later...

Reminds me of The Giver.

I really like the teaser trailer for this (as well as that other one... Dying Beauty?). I hope the first chapter, or whatever, will be out soon.

Edit: Oh yeah, and congrats on your 1001st post. Image

That one yes... in fact I dropped the work on Dying Beauty since it turned out too big a project for me to finish in LEGO (someday it might become a novel though.. who knows  )

This is still the same world though, with some additions of gunpowder, palm trees and perhaps some rum :P

I love the teaser movie. It also reminds me of the book, The Giver. I can't wait to see the story. Congratulations on your 1001st post.

The Giver is a book about a "Utopian" future. In it, there is no weather, people can't see colour, and they virtually live as mindless automatons. The only person with memory of the past is "The Giver." I read it in 8th grade, and wasn't overly impressed, since I found it kind of weird, but I'm sure your story is nothing like it, being set in the past and everything.

Hmm... I think it sounded interesting..

Anyway, a prologue is up now, as well as a quite simple site.

This prologue is amazing. I can really feel the eeriness of the whole setting, and I can see you've done a lot of research into language, and put a lot of effort into history. Good job!

I like this prologue. Although I think you can describe the characters a bit more. Maybe some of the outside looks. The building, the floor, let your mind go loose with what you can think of. You did a great job on the illustrations.
