What is a Faction Liaison?

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.This is from the General Info. & FAQ thread. A Faction Liaison is an assistant to the FO. Faction Overseers can task their FLs with keeping track of scoring, hosting a challenge, or other related tasks. The Faction Liaison is chosen by the Faction Overseer. The FL just basically helps out the FO.

Sure just in general it would be the start of a government. Something like a congress, but one thing I want to know is whether you would prefer me have you men make (totally unbiased ) decisions or appeal to the member for his guys vote?

Well what exactly would the "congress" cover? Because, well, we are outlaws... And I dont really know about anyone else but my character basically just commands a small force of other outlaw elves and whatnot... Not enough to need a congress to pass a law. So I am just not sure what you mean by congress?

I meant by "congress" basically senators and representatives to make discussions contain less hullabaloo ! Mostly what we'll do is discuss joint operations like a raid or an assassination ! Also of course there will be meals and toasts!
