I've been seeing ads for this all over the place, and finally decided to check it out. The idea of the game seems to be creative, exciting, and definetly allows for expansion, though I think the game seems to come very short on explanation of the controls. Does anyone else play this? What do you think of it?

ROBLOX FAILS!

Try Blockland! Blockland is a lot closer to real LEGOs, and... well... it's better. I've been playing it since about August. The community is... well... let's just say 1/4 of the people are 2 years old, 1/8 of the people do drugs, and a lot of the rest are annoying. But hey!, you can just play in single player and build to your heart's content.

Well, the points of Roblox and Blockland are pretty much the same: 1) You can just build stuff. 2) You can build stuff with other people. 3) You can build stuff and blow it up. 4) You can build stuff with other people and blow stuff up with other people and blow other people up.

And in Blockland, if you're the computer nerd sort of person, you can learn TorqueScript (programming language) and make your own mods. Or you can get a 3D modeling program and make models for mods. Or you can do both.

Sounds interesting. I guess many likely are into the blowing things up aspect.

Thanks for the info,

I was going to do it, but since it only runs on PCs (no Macs), I changed my mind.
