CCRP Usergroup

I'm not sure what a usergroup would entail, but wouldn't it be put to good use for CCRP? We could have a group just for CCRP! What do you think, oh Earl of Wells?

We sort of already have one, right here in Gaming, but I suppose it may be easier if we had a usergroup officially.

Please excuse my computer-ignorance, but how does a usergroup work?

Or, more blantantly: what IS a usergroup?
