Well, my initial feeling is that I don't really like the idea, but I certainly don't have the final say in any sort of decision. I think we're trying to do "our own thing" over here at LCC, so that's my main reason for having some qualms over double-posting MOCs. Does anyone else have an opinion on the matter? :?

yea i read legogoalies post but didn't answer it, I lurked through other topics first. But the first thing that came to my mind was, that would not be fair against other builders. Because when goh have been up for a while then somebody who is active there can have many mocs and images of mocs that are similar to some faction here and Then he just post them here. Maybe nobody would do like this but there is always to risk. But Then again maybe somebody hasn't got many bricks for many mocs at the same time that he can be part of two project, so some kind of rules for those who wanna be apart of both LCC and GoH.
But double posting without real lego changes should be forbidden.

Well done guys, looking good.

I am active on EB GoH and looking forward to playing here too :) I don't think we should be allowed to use EB builds here, however using things like forest backdrops might be ok...

My character is rugging up and heading North me thinks.

I think it's up to you. Just make sure that it includes your in-game character and come up with a short back story about him/her.
Also, once you're done, hold on to it until we open up an official sign up thread.
It also should probably have at least one close-up shot of your fig, so that his/her features are easily identifiable. After all, the character is the main focus of the challenge, right? :)

Don't forget to include the official faction colors!

The results of the lore submissions may influence where you'd like to go ;)

The lore contest is where the community will figure out the background and backstory for the world and the factions.

What AK means is that something might come up here that will influence your choice of faction.

I just meant that the lore might end up making one of the factions evil or one more powerful or some other thing that might influence where you'd like to join. As for the S6 torsos, just read the general info thread. As long as your figures fit in with your region and aren't using another faction's "reserved" crests, you can make your character however you like.

Thanks, but you say that the Loreesi have Red/Gold troops so does that mean all i need to do is give the troops red trousers and red arms, And since they don't have a crest on them, they could be used by any faction's force

Yes, the roman torso can be used by all factions. You don't HAVE to put red legs and arms on your figs, but making them red in some way is a good idea for Loreos. Also remember to display the Loreesi banner.
