Mattius Xavier and me made a deal a few weeks ago, but thanks to college project and exams, I had to wait till now before I could sign up.

The story we worked out:

Without a sound in the darkness the High King of Rowia was slain...the mighty people of Loreos who had been utilizing the Areani legions for protection lay blamed for the tragedy and assassination. Although these accusations remained false, the mighty High Consul (Arturius Xavier) of the Morastian Republic (long time allies of Loreos) called together his generals, Pro-Consuls and people in a bid to not only fight for the republic and the alliance they uphold but to win lost lands that rightfully belonged to them. Seeing that he had the numbers and a just cause, the Consul still felt that it would be best to seek advice and council from some of his oldest friends across the sea who were foreign to this conflict and would offer fair advice, maybe even more troops to suppor the war effort.

Thus the Consul sent out ships with envoys to meet with his old time friends...one such ship...the warship "The Defiant" sailed into the Harbour of Mpya Stedor in Kaliphlin a mere half of a fort night later during the darkness of the night with the messenger aboard who was to seek council from the old Lord of the City. Little to the knowledge of the messenger that times had changed since the Consul had been in the City last...his friend had been replaced by the much younger and handsomer Lord Damaximus the heir to the region. Hearing and reading the words from the messenger who remained garbed in a cloak shielding both their face and armour...Lord Damaximus agreed to sail forth from the port and meet with his father's friend on the isle of Ilia in the Morastian Republic. The offer of course was a peaceful one that would benefit both powers. Once arrived, Lord Damaximus pointed out Sir Nomar Helmier as commander of the troops as he would have to go back to Kaliphlin soon

Sir Nomar Helmier was born in Morastia as a son of a noble family. In the years he was abroad, his family lost their properties and wealth and their rights to be official citizens of Loreos. What really happened to them is uncertain. Sir Helmier heard this after he arrived at Loreos and understood very quickly that he would never be seen as an official citizen of Loreos. He saw no other option than to choose the life of an Outlaw.
Luckily he still had the rights to build in Morastia and keep his alliance with Consul Arturius Xavier.

An Outlaw from the mountaines regions of Roawia, Gavin of Lockwood was once a baron of Loreos, but when he began practicing magic for the sole purpose of protecting his kingdom, the king of Loreos banished him. Gavin and the king were great friends, but the king wouldn't compromise his power and allow a mage in his kingdom. Gavin became an Outlaw, who could be killed by anyone at anytime. Yet Gavin didn't resent the king's decision to let him go, but rather, since he fully understood why he was outcast, he respected the king even more and hoped that a time would come when he could go back to the king's service. He didn't like bandits or thieves, since Gavin was raised as a God-fearing man. So he struck out on his own, hoping to find other less evil Outlaws. For the present, he contented himself with anonymously helping farmers kill their wild animals like wolves and bears. He wasn't an evil mage, but people stayed away from him generally, since a person who holds the power of their death or destruction in their hands is not someone to be trifled with.

Gavin of Lockwood carries his trusty staff and a sword for close combat.

Character Name: Kylharn



Kylharn is half-elf ranger and alchemist whose interest in the magical arts resulted in his travel to the unclaimed lands in the south. He was trained in archery and alchemy, mainly for healing, from a young age. Hearing of magics used for healing purposes, Kylharn constantly sought to learn more of these arts. At the age of 18, Kylharn left Lenfald and began practicing his arts in seclusion, only occasionally making the trip to the Shade or the city of Dreadmoor to sell his wares of healing potions and the occasional poison. He current is working out of a small, ancient watchtower at the edge of the mountains overlooking the forest and edge of the marsh. His arsenal is quite varied, commonly using a bow, shortsword, dagger, or handaxe.

Story so far:

I raced towards the the Loreesi fools in front of me, trying to stop me from escaping the Loreos Capital. Idiots, I thought. Trying to stop me. I charged at full speed towards them, but right before I met them, I hurled two of my daggers at the soldiers. One fell to the ground at once, the blade in his neck. The other dagger buried itself in their captain's horse. The creature screamed, and bucked wildly, catapulting the captain off it's back, before collapsing to the ground in a heap. I plunged my sword into the remaining soldier's neck, and his head soared through the air, spraying blood. I leapt over his body, and raced over the border of Loreos, reaching my camp...

Backstory: My path to knighthood began when Sir Malcolm took me as his page, sometime after I proved my worth by slaying my first she-bear at age eight. I soon rose to squirehood and then became a knight. Then, after my master died, I took over his estates and now live near the Sister Peaks, south of Jahrton.

Backstory: The only thing that is known about Ser Junus early backstory is that he grew up in poverty. At the age of 16 he joined the troops of Garheim.
After some time he climbed up the ranks and was honoured with some fallow land near the boarder to Lenfald. There he and his faithful men settled
with their families to re-cultivate the land and assemble trade connections with the poeple of the near province of Lenfald.

Sadly, that's not too likely. I'm not all up to date on the member counts, but last I checked, Loreos and Lenfald were still way ahead of Garheim and the Outlaws in active participants.

However, if you're primarily chosing Lenfald for the architectural style, you could also go for a Garhim in the southern regions that are basically the same (forests and hills) as Lenfald, and remember that Outlaws can be located anywhere

Nah i have made up my mind i just seem to be at the moment unable to upload a picture of my new character (aside from my profile picture, which is indeed my character) but count me in for the outlaws!

Ok I'm tired of waiting to be able to upload a pic, so here is my character so far. I will edit a pic into this post when i am able, but until then just look at my avatar (thats my character.) SO, without further ado, my outlaw guy is as follows:

name:Alfarrin
history: Alfarrin is half wood elf, half man. He was born in Lenfald, but as magic and creatures of magic are shunned in the cities of men, he was immediatly cast out. He was found by the elven people and raised by them. He soon became as fast as an elf, with sharp eyes and ears, but also as strong and resolute as a human knight. The other elves noticed his skills and put him into training to become a ranger. He trained for about 10 years, and became a master swordsman, knife thrower, and tracker. One day he was out on patrol, and he came across the remains of a battle field after a skirmish between Loreos and Lenfald. One Lenfald knight was still alive, though badly injured. Alfarrin took him back to the other elves and tried to heal him, but the man died. However, Alfarrin took the mans sword and roundshield, liking the feel of them, and began to wield them instead of a curved blade to honor his half-human ancestry. Alfarrin eventually decided to leave the elven fortresses and go out on his own, as the ranger he was trained to be. He secretly attacked the Loreesi during the war, always fighting on the side of Lenfald, even though they never knew. He hopes to someday be forgiven for his birth and be accepted into Lenfald as a knight.
