If you don't have flickr do it here, if you do, add a note from the actions tab in the left had corner of the image.

I have made a few notes on the map, with 2 cities:

Salus and Uberis, the "Green Sisters".

Salus is a large and high fortified city, responsible for the east Loreos protection. It has a harbor with some war ships and troops enought to hold an invasion by sea or by land (Lenfald maybe).

Uberis is a smaller city, home of the Loreesi farmers. Is located in a green and fertile land, and privides food for itself, Salus, the great Dune Market and even to Capital. It's Neal's hometown.

Salus means "safety" and Uberis comes from 'uberitas', wich means "fertility" according to Plato (via wikipedia)

Is okay to create the city and background story like I just did?

Some good ideas Pedro, and as soon as I have time i will add you cities on to the map, i do like the idea of the eastern coast protection!
But maybe they could try and clear the pirates, before starting a war?

I do have Flickr, but can't find the add a note button anywhere... It's not in the actions tab, nor is it 'right above the picture' as the FAQ suggests. Anyway I'll put my entries here:

Main City: Cape Havoc
Type: naval trade city with fortress
Location: the South-Western shore, more specifically in the middle between those two chokepoints where the sea is at its most narrow point.
Purpose: 1. Taxing any trade that comes through there. 2. Keeping enemies from sailing around the mountains to attack Loreos. 3. Shipping troops behind enemy armies
Economy: taxes on nearby trade, own trade, fishing

Princess Loreainne's Home: Duskspire Palace
Type: Fortified Palace
Location: Central desert, in a straight line below the Large Town Trade Centre Hayden put there.
Purpose: 1. Home to the Princess and her warriors 2. Base of operations for them to keep control of the central desert, guard the trade routes and the chokepoint in between the two mountains.
Economy: supplied by the trade routes that pass close to it.

Ferncroft
Type: small border village
Location: Northern border, close to the forests of Lenfal.
Purpose: Little. The Princess keeps some of her men here to keep an eye on the border and alert her of suspicious activity as well as apprehend any trespassers.
Economy: Farming. Often at odds with the forest inhabitants that live across the border when they use their woods for hunting / scavenging wood.

Toberg school of warfare will sent its two best students to the joust. They are eager to show their skills, but being the best of Toberg is far from being the best of Loreos. The two students are on their last year at Toberg and are both 17 years old. None of them has any experience from anything else than training and jousting, and the headmaster think it would be fine a little lower level for their confidence.

They are:
Brutus Sali, a Skuda and the son of a bondsman of Giscu-uru, who really try to adapt the vision of Giscu-uru:

Latgot Tyrfu, the son of a wealthy Mor-Renuii family from Morastius-Renu:

Sir Bragallot, You might have to add Hayden as a contact to leave a note.

I like how we all have our cities. Nice locations and all. But I think the roads need to be a little less straight. :?

I made a map showing what I would like to see them look more like.

This is just an idea. I would like to hear what your guys think. :)

Thanks Mark, that actually did it. I didn't add Cape Havoc 'cos the 'Salus' note seems to have largely the same idea / purpose =) Those roads look cool! I'm guessing we should have some horse breeding places since we're a 'cavalry-based society'. Not necessarily new locations, but it could be added to existing ones.

Yep horses can be raised in the stables of any of the large cities. Basically every city has the option to have a supply of horses. :)

mencot wrote: One major town could be "East Stowburn", located in the northeast "Idail Grassland" next to the big mountain.
Here is some backstory for the town:
"East Stowburn" a rich city located in the fertile grasslands and being next to the east sea is the home of the merchants and wealthy familys of Loreos. They have a rich agriculture and the second biggest harbour is located in Stowburn, so they have a great supply of riches from the sea and a way to import and export goods. But what has made Stowburn rich and famous is not fishing and farming (something that the people of Stowburn nowdays despise and look down on, saying it is work for the poor)no, the handcraft of goldobjects and gemcutters make the people of Stowburn proud. The gold and precious gem are found in the mines located in the near mountains to the north and this is the only place in Loreos where we can find mines.
I made some notes on Haydens photostream: http://www.flickr.com/photos/legomorephotos/6830945386/ The city of East Stowburn, the Knights of Justice HQ in an old monastery near Stowburn and then the Roseberg castle the home of sir Mencot, this is very near the capitol.
