Can I claim overtime and months from the past to allow me to make more free builds for points?

Nope, sorry.
A good way to get more builds in is to join a guild.
You can build 2 guild builds per month plus your 2 freebuilds per month for a total of 4 point counting builds per month.

-1: the main topic is off course your character and the story about how that character thrives in Roawia. However, sometimes more specific challenges are given, though were not obligated to participate in them.
-2: These specific challenges are announced in te faction's own topic. Some (like the latest challenge) get their own topic:

-3: You get point by building, though I haven't quite figured out the scoring-method. I do know that we can earn 2x2 points with off our own (2 point per moc and max. 2 builds per month). The more specific challenges have their own scoring-system.
