What kind of alliance are you wanting to form RBC, and more importantly, why?
I think I speak on behalf of most (if not all) of Outlaws when I say, we don't particularly trust anyone in Roawia (with the exception of Lenfald, it seems a lot of us have good relations with them).
99.9% of Roawia hates us (even though we really are not bad people***).
Naturally, I think we are more interested in knowing why you want to form an alliance and more importantly, how it benefits us

I am on the side of Lenfald, moreover, although i bear a bit of a grudge on a more personal level against Triphian, due to my exile and all... To cut to the chase, I want the queen dead, and, although I have no particular liking for Loreos, I believe we already had a sortof informal "cease fire" type of alliance already, between Fangroth and my elves...
