News from the front lines of the story...

Gynthaunt: Place. Spiritual Capital (not political capital) of the Fright Knights, grid O-18. Sometimes referred to as The Unholy City. It consists of an immense spiraling wall that circles inward towards the city center (though arches cut through the wall allow for quick passage to the inner spirals). Shops and houses are constructed in the open space between the walls, while the wall itself is pocked with countless thousands of rectangular niches. The Fright Knights inter their dead within these niches, like an old-style burial vault, thus making the entire city something of an immense tomb. At the center of the spiral city is the Black Barrow, see entry below.

She-of-the-Barrow: Person, possibly thing. An ancient priestess/witch of the Fright Knights, who's name has been lost to history. It is said that when the time finally came for her to die, she simply refused to do so. Or at least to stop moving. She still dwells-- or at least exists-- in the Black Barrow, which was originally built all alone on an empty moor. The city of Gynthaunt has slowly built up around it over the centuries. While She-of-the-Barrow has no formal place within the Fright Knight hierarchy, she still wields a great deal of authority. Most parts of Dametreos consider her nothing more than a legend used to frighten children.
Truffula Trees are what everyone needs.

Cavaliers: Elite forces of the Emperor of Legoland. The Cavaliers are arrogant and somewhat overconfident of their duties, though are extremely loyal and obsessed with organization, rank and file. There are several divisions to them. They are:

The Knights Chevron: Vert chevron on a field of or, Green chevron on a field of gold. These Cavaliers are of the rural province of Burgenweil, on the far east of the southern isle, ruled by King Bissenmare.

The Knights Cross: Argent Cross Moline on a field of Sable, the Knights Cross are often the main front-line troops of the Emperor, hailing form the wealthy province of Sessere. This province is the most prosperous next to Orion, and is ruled by the King Allred. They played a large part as the Classic storm-troops in the War of Three Alliances, against the Dragon Masters and Fright Knights.

The Knights Tridentine: Shield divided between sable and argent, bordered by azure. The Knights Tridentine are often deployed alongside the Royal Knights as escorts. Known diplomats and patrons of the arts, the Emperor specifically named their territory in order for them to be closer to Royal lands. They hail from the northern province of Hartweiler, ruled by King Hartmath the II.

The Elite Cavalier: Crown or on a field of purpure. These are the Cavaliers that guard the supreme province of Orion, where the kings of Dametreos must all go once in their lifetimes, to seek the support and admiration of the Classic Emperor, who decides the laws of commerce, the boundaries of the world, and supports what he wishes and does the same to what he does not. The Elite Cavaliers can be posted at any Classic embassy or holding in Dametreos. They are the most highly trained and well organized troops, and surpass the Knights Cross in sheer attack force.

You asked for help, well... I'll try.

Hmm....

Okay, how about the Tridentine Knights? It suggest the three-coloured symbol, while remaining in keeping with the Imperial/Roman feel of the Legolanders.

And here's an update of my own:

Currently under the rule of King Valentius IV. The city, as well as holding the court of the province, is also home to the local detachment of Cavaliers.

Now presenting... The history of the CCRP from the view of the Roleplayers, in a nutshell.

As many of you have undoubtedly seen, Lord of the Lego (aka Nathan our gaming admin.) has put together this excellent summery of the past RP stories, highlighting the ups and downs of RP legacy. I for one have found this so immensely helpful that I feel it deserves to be added to the RP dictionary. So without further ado, here it is.

History of the roleplay,The
The prequel to the CCRP was created by Dragon Master, which resulted in the LEAGUE OF FORESTMEN thread by myself (Lord_Of_The_LEGO) and jeff_o_rama. That, unfortunatly, petered out pretty soon.

A month or so later, Nik (the great one) started up the Roleplay again and he, myself, Barbapple, jimjo, jeff_o_rama, sith35, LEGO_KNIGHT, kook, lone ranger and yourself(Devari) joined. The Misfits of Dametreos(TM) epic commenced, to end in glorious climax in the Great Sea Battle(TM). Sadly, LEGO_KNIGHT, kook, jimjo and jeff_o_rama dropped out soon after that, as did you(Devari). Lugz, Daimyo and Forester3291 joined, and the Fell War(TM) commenced, the so-called 'slump' in the roleplay since not many posts were added compared to the rush of posts during the Great Sea Battle(TM).
Around this time the CCRP became more organized when I(Lord Of The Lego) was promoted to Gaming Admin and the CCRP got it's own page on CC.com. After the Fell War ended, post counts began to pick up again as Formendacil, The Green Knight and Jack Craft joined and brought in fresh new plots.
I called this the 'Time of the Subplots', where more and more characters began to run about with at ton of plots; Barbod's trek to Bull Isle, Lord Void's quest for the Pendants, Shainya's recovery, reconstruction after the Fell War(TM), the Elwen, Sir Dractor and Old Man plot, Bjarn's rise to power, Gib and Thenais, etc,.
Other members joined around this time, but after a few posts they faded away. Around this time the BloodVaine Epic(TM) was launched, though no one knew it at the time. More and more characters were created (and killed) and soon plots were weaving together into the BloodVaine Epic(TM), until it was the only plot in the CCRP, much like the Misfits of Dametreos(TM) dominace in the begining of the CCRP. Now the BloodVaine Epic(TM) is reaching it's climax!
*End entry*
I don't know about you guys but I can't wait to get back to the 'Time of the Subplots'. Those were good days.

BTW I'm rather intrigued about this Grolling Fortress, place. If it's in the neverwood then maybe I could do something with it after Gib gets undemonized.

Hey, maybe next time i post on tis thread I'll actually have something original to add.
Let us stop for a moment and ponder the signiture...

Ok, enough of that!

Actually, I screwed up. I thought the Neverwood was located at the bottom of DM land and the top of Ninja land, not to the east of DM land and west of Classic LEGO. Grolling's location number is still correct, but it isn't in the Neverwood (unless someone wants to RP it so that the Neverwood strechs west and south, making it cover most of DM land).
