AoE II Enhanced on Steam

Anyone else seen this yet? Greatest RTS ever now in high def with dual screen support. Bit pricey, but still.. so many great hours spent on this game.

I directly bought it. And its like Megblocks... not running smooth and broke down some times. Don't buy this until they fixed the problems.

I can't understand how to play it perfectly on my 800 MHz computer ten years ago, when the new version has hard performance problems with my 13.000 MHz CPU...

I downloaded and played a single player game vs. the computer this afternoon. It went down without a hitch.

If anyone would like to play a game with me this week, just drop me a line. I'm on vacation at my in-laws' house, and there is only so much for a man to do around here ;)

One question for tech-nerds.... I can't get the sound to work on either this game or another that I like, Path of Exile. Sound works great for all other applications I've ever run, and I've tried with and without headphones. Any suggestions on what to check to fix it?

Those of you who have this, do you have the expansions?

I can second that, AK. The in-game main menu is visually that of the non-expansion edition, but all civilizations and features of The Conquerors are there.

Gamestop PC Downloads currently has the HD version for $4.99.

I do believe that is my price point. Once I get it and run through a few maps again (to get the hang of it of course!), I would love to do war with you all !
