Never had a good drink? Let me tell you, sir, that we make the finest wine from the finest vineyards in Roawia...Loreesi vineyards. It's much better to drink a little wine every now and again than to get knock-you-out-cold drunk, which you Garhims do on a daily basis. I would NOT want to see a Garhim's liver...ugh.

As for drinking...mead is nice...but most Loreesi prefer the vintage wines and strong Liqueurs of class like Port, Brandy, Cognac, and other refined qualities...while slumbering in style in the ever so comfortable Midnight tents...don't forget we also have other luxerious items and foods to enjoy not just beer and nuts.

And Mattiusxavier, at least for my men, we don't drink alcohol. While you guys drink, get all foggy, drunk, and woozy, and if they were say, suddenly ambushed, would all die in seconds. My men, we stay clear-headed, level-minded, and ready for anything.

Lots of big talk coming from Loreos, considering they just got smashed in the GC...

Good thing you desert rats keep such nice histories. It will be great that many generations to come will be able to read and remember the great obliteration of Loreos in GC6

GC6...BAH so you guys finally won a decent GC, doesn't give you much to gloat about considering you were in the third standings for the longest time and Lenfald nearly won the whole thing again.

Plus haven't you heard the saying "Never corner a rat" because believe me...we desert rats have some surprises in store for the rest of you in the next GC's. We are going to chew our way through the competition and enjoy those tasty Frog Legs that were offered earlier.

Oh, you Loreesi are so soft, with all your sophisticated luxuries! Have any of you done a day's work in you lives? Besides, we Garhims don't just eat beer and nuts; we have fish, and the best kind of food, meat!

I would rather be seated around a roaring fire in a glorious mead hall, surrounded by my loyal shield-brothers-and-sisters, swapping tales of glory and heroism and clinking a few mugs together than be anywhere in that desert land, drenched in sweat, covered in sand and bugs, and always watching my back for treason

Ah, but we don't have to be inside trying not to freeze! We Loreesi sit on our balconies in the long summer evenings, goblet of red wine in hand, talking of the many great deeds and noble actions we have performed in our time. Just imagine a land where your blood won't just freeze up and stop flowing because you're outside! Bliss!

I'd rather be cold than die of heat stroke! We have fire, but not air-conditioning, so we Garhims can always make a hotter fire to keep warm, but you Loreesi have no way to get cooler in the desert!

You have clearly never visited Loreos. The seas, and indeed the oases, are cool as you like, and all our cities are built near them. the nights are cool too, so you're not always being baked! Also, our mountains and forests have lovely climates.

Well said! We can warm up, but you can't cool down! As they said, you dainty tea-sipper Loreesi will just sit sweltering on the balcony sipping "fine" wine and talking in nasal pish-posh voices about "Did you hear about the latest campaign on this simply horrid queen?" "Oh yes, a truly nasty affair if I do say so myself. That dashing young hooligan, Mark of Falworth, what is he putting in his hair these days? I do say it looks quite fine." "Oh yes. I must get a hold of some of it myself....."

While we Garhims, after a hard day's work, return to their meadhall to feast, drink, make merry, and sit by the blazing fire and tell stories and sing Beowulf-style epic sagas. I think it's clear who has more fun.

That's why Garhim are too drunk to fight their own fights.
