Its a matter of consistency, Sir Drake. If one post is going, they're all going.
Furthermore, as a note on the Dictionary: the Dictionary is intended to be a reference to things ALREADY mentioned in the Roleplay. This has largely been forgotten in recent months, with entries that attempt to solidify things without actually writing it into the Roleplay. An excellent example of this are the many recent posts concerning the military ranks of various nations.
While these are a useful resource, if the ranks have not been used in the Roleplay yet, then they are NOT official, even if it's me, Micah, or Nathan who is entering it.
That is why, in the Dragon Master and Cavalier ranks that Nathan and I posted, we made note of which ranks have actually been RPed.
If people WANT to use any un-official resources in the Dictionary, then they are by all means welcome to do so, and by doing so, they are making those unofficial decisions official.
The only things that are AUTOMATICALLY an official part of the Roleplay are the Map, the Character bios, and the Roleplay itself. The Dictionary is intended to be a resource to help Roleplayers have a place to look up things mentioned in the Roleplay- not a place to influence the Roleplay from.
Also, with respect to Daimyo "making" the Dark Forest, that is somewhat correct. Daimyo is the main person to have posted concerning the Dark Forest. As a result, most of what is known about the Dark Forest, and the way that they are perceived by the Roleplay reader, are mainly the result of what he has written. To say, however, that Daimyo "owns" the Dark Forest, as you seem to be implying, is totally invalid.
This would be like saying that Nathan "owns" the Dragon Masters, because he has Lord Void and was the first one to post there. What if, when The Green Knight started posting about Targon and Bargon, his vision of the Dragon Masters hadn't jived with that of Nathan's?
In short, although some factions are more strongly influenced by some Roleplayers than the rest, NO faction "belongs" to any one Roleplayer.
