Heck yes! I think it could work. Cheaper than metal figures that's for sure.

It sounds interesting, however, I am not a big fan of the current D&D. Maybe if we improved it.

My gaming group used Lego figs for all the key characters. You can check out my brickshelf gallery *points to sig* to see them.

Using Lego would instantly improve it. :)

Ahh yes... I have a feeling one of the reasons I have such trouble winning on ebay is because so many bidders are using LEGO for D&D instead of the more expensive metal figs (just my hunch).

Also, I know there is a similiar D & D like LEGO game out there, although I've lost the link and forgot the name as well... still, gaming and LEGO (especially castle LEGO is a nice way to go).

How do you mean? The only thing you'd change from regular DnD is the marker figs, and you don't necessarily need those anyway...

I was never aware that this even existed. But now that I know that it does, I will investigate the rules a little further. Upon first glance, it looks good. Thanks for the link.

Your welcome. I prefer DnD with Lego characters instead. Or better yet, BRIKWARZ!!!

DnD isn't really a board game. All you need are the rules and some dice. The maps, minis, and stuff aren't mandatory.
