You said I could do the map.

Finally starting! Here's my character:

name: Lord Nev (yes it's a cameo)
age: 28
looks: see sig-fig
rank: lord
weapons/tools: Large sword, roundsheild, lance with his own hrealdric banner
background: survivor of many wars but was driven out of his estate by supporters of his treacherous cousins, traverses about the country in pursuit of honor, he was knighted but has naught but a cruirass, greathelm, and horse to his name, often compared to that knight in The Once and Future King who searches for The Questing Beast, hopes and dreams for a worthwhile quest to regain everything he's lost (hint hint)and start over, lives for two things: honor regained and vengeance but mostly th former
other: has only enough money to get by, rumors of dragons fill him with fear, it's not a scared fear it's vervous fear maybe for someone close to him
Beware the day my soul is unleashed. Not even Megablocks itself will rival its fire!

Yeah, I'm just making a mock-up right now of the general locations of Leonopolis, Galf's village, the Taurus Mtns, and the Fire Mountain. Just outlines and dots.

Sounds good, I am sure it will fill out in time, then somebody (Or some people.) can make the actual map.

You said I could do the map.

And nobody said you couldn't.
Smcginnis and I were just talking about a mock-up map, that's all.

For now, maybe just a rough 'graph' of where the kingdom boundries are would be good enough for now.

In my last post I said the Crusaders invaded the southern parts of the Knights Kingdom, so it would seem the Crusaders are south of the map you made (as you showed). Also, the Wolfpack are somewhere to the east of the Pirate-owned coasal towns.

Oh, and Nev, you are free to make a map. However, there is one important rule you should follow - only put in locations/geography that have already been mentioned in the roleplay thread. This will insure that we can define the world at our own pace.

My characters-

Character's Name: Seth

Character's Age: 24

Character's Information: Seth was born an orphan, and often wonders who his real parents may be. He was raised in Mathias' Knight's Kingdom, although he rejected their foolish, colorful, girly ways to become a mercenary.

Character's Faction: None, formerly Black Falcons(mercenary)

Character's Place in Hierarchy: Mecenary

Character's Equipment: Carries a thin scimitar, a knight shield without heraldry, and a map of the world

Other: Seth is not an evil man, although he is often times angry. He hungers to find his birth parents, alcohol, and money.

Character's Looks: Pic coming soon(I hope); He has long black hair, black torso missing the left sleeve, dark green legs, and he is left handed. He used the left sleeve of his shirt to wrap Geoffrey's wound after their sad massacre. Seth's head- http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic ... 3626bpx133

Character's Name: Geoffrey

Character's Age: 37

Character's Information: Geoffrey was born and raised in the capital city of Falconia, when he turned 17 he joined the Black Falcon Army. He fought with them until his discharge.

Character's Faction: None, formerly Black Falcons

Character's Place in Hierarchy: Formerly a soldier, now just a wandering traveler

Character's Equipment: Carries his army broad sword,a shield he bought on his way out of Falconia, and his helmet that the king let him keep

Other: Geoffrey is torn between the love of his country and the hate for the king who threw him out. He is normally a gentle man and he would never hurt a woman or child. He longs to tell his wife and daughter that he is not dead as the Falcon king has told them, but is exiled and still living. His wife is Gemma and they named their daughter Sara.

Character's Looks: Pic coming soon(I hope); Geoff wears a blue torso, black flaired helm, and black legs. His shield is black with a white cross on it. Geoffrey used to wear a Black Falcon uniform, but he has been stripped of it, he also used to be clean shaven, but he has now started to let a beard grow in. Geoff's head- http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3626bpx141

I am very happy with the amount of interest in the new roleplay, it's great seeing everyone join in on the fun! :)

Smcginnis- That's just what kind of map I was thinking of, just a rough description of an area you are roleplaying in.

Jeez, it looks like there are alot of Black Falcon 'Drop-outs'. :P

And one Viking exile! :P
Great to see this is so popular. A few points regarding the map:
a. The Vikings are in the North.
b. I think the Forestmen should be between Viking and more civilized lands.

I'm happy to join in the roleplay for my first time. Now I just need to "borrow" my brother's camera and then you guys can see my figs(almost no customization!). I can't wait until it picks up some more.

Here's a link again, updated as per RCK's suggestion.

Lord Nev, feel free to make a map, just keep the same ratio between the mountains, the village, and Leonopolis please.

I'm still thinking about joining. I've got a ton of work I have to get done, but I think I'll probably join some time this weekend.

Being one of the last surviving veterans, here's some tips you all should take note of:

1-Make the map versatile. Don't make the mistake we made with the first map, which was just a green blob. Make sure there's lots of islands everywhere and all that other junk.

2-Read the old RP, sure it will take weeks, but it really helped me to figure out how to play.

Thanks smcginnis! I really appreciate that. Just one question though: perhaps each member of the RP gets to make one faction that's not an official Lego one? Because then we have the ones everyone knows, plus some extra "secret societies".

Depends what you mean. There is a massive difference between a faction and a secret society. If you want to make a crazy organization in the Black Falcon sewers, then yes. If you want to make an entire country that will invade other factions, then no.

Yeah. Not to make you angry or anything RCK, but this is supposed to be about the official factions only. Also, if this RP gets as many people as we (or I, at least) hope for, and all of them could make factions, we'd have hundreds and hundreds of factions. And if only the first members could create factions, then newer ones would feel that that's unfair.

Ok, just for a good grip on boundries I started working on a small map. Credit goes to Fry_Slayer, for this idea is based on his map for the first roleplay.

'Link

The three zones without icons are the Pirates, the Vikings and The Shadow Knights. (I just need to find some icons for them.)
Anywho, like I say- This is just for boundries sake, and I know it isn't done. (Islands and whatnot, as The Ork suggested are still needed.) Please let me know if it's acceptable, or if anyone spots problems with the areas.

Also, I have the feeling I missed a faction in there somewhere, but I can't figure out which one. Any clues..? :?

Thanks,

~Amanda

Firstly, didn't we say that Crusaders were directly below the KK1ers? Also you've left out spaces for the two coming factions. Outside of that, looks pretty good.

I didn't mean country-sized, more like small organizations. And you're right about the amount of people who might join... And I'm not angry, this is collaborative, why fight among ourselves?

As for the map, maybe Vikings being more northern than forestmen?
