Yes. If you'd like more just say so, we can probably work something out.
And are we going with cliff or slope?
Ted on your right side is doing cliff. Chris is doing slope which he was going to transition to a cliff on your left side, like so.. If you'd like to take on the transition, talk with Chris.
And this whole thing here, just how exactly is it going to be laid out? Your maps are a touch vague.
I'll send you a pm later.
And just to absolutely clear, we are free to decorate the cliff as we see fit right?
Yes.
Oh, and now that I think about it........can I add a piece to the base of my cliff? I'm throwing around a couple ideas for stuff to build, and if I had the base of the cliff to work from, it would be good, but whatever works.
As long as the edges match the example above you can do whatever you like within the boundaries of your baseplate, build a tower, mine, whatever. If you want to use more than one baseplate we can probably work something out.

Edit: Just read your newest post, I gather you would like to add another baseplate? Which edge? Going by my map above, there is room for 2 more baseplates on the bottom (south) edge before we hit the edge of the table which I believe (Josh can confirm) were just going to be filler. If you'd like to use some of that space then awesome.

Is anyone still using NWMap to produce pretty pictures of the layout?

Okay things are finally becoming clear. No, Chris can do the transition, I'd just as soon do a cliff......which reminds me, does anyone have objections to me using Dark Bley Burps for my cliff? I think I could fanagle old dark grey if I had to, but using bley would be so much better.

Okay, and as to the baseplate I'd like to add, it would be attatched to the bottom/south end of my cliff baseplate, the area where it is just normal ground.
Like so, with CL begin my cliff baseplate, and R being my added baseplate.

Everything good and clear as mud? Thanks for the help, by the way, I'm sure that once I get to BrickCon and see everything for myself, things will make much more sense.

Hey Dan!
As to the Bley/Dk Grey, I could go one of two ways. I think Bley will be fine as I will have some near the "peak", and I could just do a bit of transition into your bley, or you could do the grey/bley transition yourself. Either will work, I think.

Yer welcome! I totally get the confused-ness. I was the same way before my first con.

Okay, sounds good. I can make a transition I think. To be honest, I'm not so sure just how that would look. I mean, is the line between the two colours very obvious? Oh well, I'll try to figure something out. Ummm.....yeah, I guess that's it. I'll send you a quick picture of a rough draft, once its built.

Hi guys,

Sorry I haven't jumped in sooner on this, but it sounds like you've got it all figured out.

So, just to clarify, the space in front of Chris' layout is completely filled right? I believe so, I just want to make sure.
