Castle at BrickCon 2010
Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
^Need to fill space huh? Seems as (though) I'll have to add yet another thing to the long list of things to build for con. I'll see what I can throw together to help out Ye Olde.

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
In case anyone is wondering, here's a 90% final of what I'm working on. Most is already built but some can be changed.
Trevor
Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

Okay, here is the first WIP pic of my section:
The notes indicate what I have planned and how it attaches to Trevor's section.

I am bringing something, but not a heck of a lot. My 32x32 castle (The one for Trevor's challenge), and maybe some sort ot towercastlethingy. I'll see how it goes. Well, I will also be bringing a big spaceship, plus a couple of sailing ships, but that's beside the point.

Not really. Sailing ships go into our area. Somewhere...out and away from the castle stuff.

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
An update on my stuff:
My windmill is still just a maybe, but it will most likely be one standard Baseplate, more can be added around it, if need-be. I can also add a road on one or two edges, prolly. I'll also be bringing a hill for Cailyn to use for the sigfig photo. I'm thinking it will be about 2x2 BPs and will need NO road connections.
Well, that's about it so far. I'll keep you updated.
(Oh, and I do have several (5?) buildings I can sprinkle around, as well)
Hasta!

Sweet! Any chance of a CCC wall segment (or two)? Just simple straight or corners are good.wunztwice wrote:(Oh, and I do have several (5?) buildings I can sprinkle around, as well)

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
Hmm. I would love to say a confident "Yes," but honestly I can't be for sure. This month is shaping up to be ridiculously busy, and I still have other MOCs to complete for things as well.
That said, I will not add another thing to my plate before any CC sections. You have first preference.
(Also, consider yourself PM'd)

I won't be able to make it again this year But I hope to see some of you in Portland, very soon...
