If you regularly listen to podcasts, you might want to check out Stuff you missed in history class. They range over all eras of history with weekly 20-minute-or-so postings on a different topic each week. I thought to post it this week since the most recent one was on Mad King Ludwig, and I had just posted Neuschwanstein to the front page. They've also got a blog where they link to more extensive articles on the topics they cover.
