cool "little" site

I have actually had this site on my favorite list for a while:

www.conteco.com.

I think all the little figures look cool (especially the vikings, romans, barbarians, and medieval!!). They are just a tad bit expensive though.

Yeah these things are sweet, I was considering buying one of these but a set of five guys cost 50$
People aren't too cool to play with LEGO, LEGO is too cool to play with them.

Oh yea... I've seen these before. This is something that a lot of older adults I know (40s-60s) actually collect and use to make real-life displays with. I've seen it with my own two eyes and it is very cool... and SOOO expensive, as you've said.

ahhhh, i dunno. I've thought about buying models such as the ones on that website on several occasions, however, I also played an extremely expensive game called warhammer for several years. After stopping warhammer, and after a lot of money I wont be getting back, the allure of those models from the website became almost nonexistent. Those types of models are way too expensive. Anyone would be better off just buying the plastic models and painting them yourself (after a little you'll paint with the same skill level or even better).

lol... one of my friends is always wishing he could get his cash back from his warhammer years too... not that he doesn't have a nice army. :-P

I was about to go into warhammer, but then I discoverd brikwars.... i already had the lego, and the rules were free for download, so i went with that. I'm pretty sure brikwars is more fun, too.
