Thanks PP - I think I'll have to make a red/white striped pig in honor of your name. We aren't out tot eat anyones lunch (maybe scoop up a few crumbs?), we are huge LEGO fans and would never want to compete with them. We know it costs them quite a bit of money to produce one piece, so we just want to fill in a few of the gaps. Color match is tricky. There is already a lot of variance built into LEGO bricks such as fading, quality control and even depending on what part of the world you live in. We do our best to match- and are 99.5% successful, but are always continuing to improve the process. Dark Tan wouldnt be a problem - and perhaps even a better option than the Tan we were already planning.

Haha, I mean eat their lunches in a positive way. Competition is good! If Lego sees that you have success here, they may decide to compete and bring similar animals to the masses. This is the true spirit of free market enterprise and I wholly support it.
Well, I'm honored that you'd make a red and white striped pig in my name!!
Dark orange would work for the cows/bulls.As long as we're throwing out suggestions... Yes, Dark Tan would be great for pigs - or cows. I was also thinking brown cows would be nice. But you picked good colors for the first run.
Now how about goats and chickens? Pretty-please?

Stunning, just stunning.
Got mine today and I just love them! I especially like the little sheep and pig I bought, when I get me enough cash set aside, I'll have to put in a good sized order of the both of them!
Excellent!

Not that they need it or anything, but...
I just received the contest prize for the Create a Theme contest and I have to say the Brickforge animals are AWESOME. Much like the previous offerings by the Brickforge, I whole heartedly give my endorsement for the farm animals.
Buy some. Now.

I'm a Lego purist (HATE mega bloks with a passion), and collecting kickass customs like this wouldn't change that. In the case of these farm animals, I could definitely see Lego pursuing a deal with brickforge to bring these to the Lego "canon"....much like how they market fan created sets like the blacksmith shop. Everybody would win.
