You will not believe this...

Post by ed_dotcom »

I just received the following sets in the mail today:

6041 Armor Shop
6074 Black Falcon's Fortress
6066 Camouflaged Outpost
6035 Castle Guard
6030 Catapult
6270 Forbidden Island
6054 Forestmen's Hideout (x2)
6022 Horse Cart
6016 Knight's Arsenal
6060 Knight's Challenge
6012 Siege Cart
6039 Twin-Arm Launcher
6049 Viking Voyager
Plus three extra Knights, 3 Horses w/ saddles, and various weapons and pieces

The part you won't believe is that I got them all for $33.50 ($25 + $8.50 for shipping). All of them were in perfect shape with all accessories and instructions. I was kind of reluctant to believe that they would all be in great shape, but it is true! He even included some older LEGO catalogs (from the early to mid 1980s). It was a great buy.

I think he means that you are pulling our leg (hence April Fools).

But I disagree because I have found insanely good deals before. My brother found a mint Knights Procession for me for $1 at an estate sale. (this is just one example)

Well, I can assure you it is the real deal as I rarely post here, and I felt this was worthy of posting...

Actually, I presume that you are telling the truth. It's just that I wouldn't have 21 days ago, which was April 1st - we had a rash of April Fool's jokes.

Run into the right garage sale and and you can get great deals. Congrats!
