At the Walmarts in Fernley and Fallon NV, they had several sets on clearance (~50% off). Notably, the Space Police Base and Lunar Limo. They also had some power miners. A few Star Wars (Midi-Scale Star Destroyer, the Clone Trooper Battle Back, Separatist Shuttle and Endor Base) were also half-off.

The same goes for the Wal-Marts in northeast Mississippi. I picked up Monster Crab Crash (8056) for $3 and I got Wreck Raider (8057) for $5. They had quite a few city sets and the like at 50% off and some for more than that.
