Legality Question
If by using online instructions, I built a lego set that I never actually owned using parts from my collection, would I be allowed to sell it?

Re: Legality Question
I can't think of any reason you couldn't. You just want to make sure you have all the right parts and say it doesn't come with instructions. Hope this helps.

Re: Legality Question
I have seen one seller on ebay who does this regularly. In his sales page, he clearly discloses that the sets he sells are reconstructed, and that the parts are not necessarily original to the set.
